The manager is a fantastic lady and works hard to provide great customer service. Employees are all knowledgeable about leather care from calf to ostrich. Great selection, I do wish they had more Ariat.

I was in the store over 45 minutes trying on boots not one person talked to me until I was putting my shoes back on. I had a stack of clothes to try on but by then was just irritated and checked out with over $900 in boots Old Gringo and Dan Post. Glad they did not ask me at check out was anyone helping you!

Most every time I go there the costumer service is not wonderful. It's starting to get super annoying now when employees don't even smile when they interact with you. Idgaf what's going on in ur personal life. You need to put on a little smile and pretend you are happy to help. I have never in my life had an obviously poor attitude doing something I was paid to do. If you don't like your job go do something else. The selection is good and the decorations are always nice everything's expensive but it's something you prepare for when buying western wear. Yeah basically I just have a problem with the employees

I stopped by the Boot Barn yesterday to exchange a pair of pants, the customer service, friendly employees, and joyful attitude, made me want to come back. I just found this place, and started shopping there in December, very happy with the staff! I will be back to do more of my shopping.

This was a really sad encounter, and one completely unexpected. I've been online for weeks looking at stingray western boots, and I finally saved up to grab a pair. I went to this location because I figured since boot barn typically gives you the boots that they have on the shelf. I wanted a really good looking pair. I was helped by a young lady who was really really nice, helping me out, answering all my questions. I finally tried the boots on, which were perfect! I took the boot off and before I could even stand up out of the seat, and go to the register to make my purchase, the boots were taken from me from me, by another employee, who then took the boots over to a white customer. I'm not saying she was racist in no way shape or form. It just really had a bad feel to it. I was shocked, and so was the young lady who was helping me. She asked me if I still wanted the boots, but at that moment, I completely lost the desire, and just walked out of the store. I have made all of my western purchases from Boot Barn. After this experience, I won't be returning. Hopefully I can find a pair online? This was a really sad affair.
