Do Not use Blue Nile. Seems great at first, but the jewelry quality is low. Then the worst part is the customer service. They had wife’s ring for months to just tighten 2 loose stones. Came back with exact same 2 loose stones. Took it to a independent jeweler who is rebuilding it due to poor quality

I’ve used Blue Nile for years and recently purchased a diamond bracelet for my wife on October 11 for our upcoming wedding on October 17th. My wife wore it for a day and unbeknownst to her it broke off at some point while doing errands. Maybe I should have gotten the insurance but you don’t expect a 14k gold bracelet to break off doing routine activities like going to a grocery store less than 48 hours after putting it on. Disappointed in the quality and can no longer recommend using Blue Nile, customer service was of no help either.

Michael was exactly who we were looking for. We initially started with him online, and he answered all of our questions patiently. After trying several other in-person jewelers, we decided to go back to Michael. We felt comfortable and confident with him throughout the process. He was incredibly patient and kind, helping us find an engagement ring that perfectly matched our style and budget. I will definitely be returning to Michael for any future jewelry needs. 10/10 recommend!

Blue Nile was a great experience. Megan was fantastic! Great customer service, easiest and best way to get an engagement ring from price, selection, settings, certifications, customer reassurance and policy. Can’t understand why someone would go anywhere else.

I walked into my local mall in Northern California and happened to meet Megan Small. This was not her usual location. I was just looking around as I had already picked out my ring online and wanted to talk with someone. From the very beginning Megan was awesome. I was getting a ring after I lost the diamond to my first wedding ring. She was professional and very helpful. She set up a couple different choices for diamonds in the setting that I wanted. I wasn't ready to buy it at that moment. We kept in contact via email and she let me know that the sale was coming close to an end. I reached out again and was ready to purchase the ring. I appreciate her willingness to keep in contact even though I wasn't ready to buy the ring at the moment we met. She knew what I wanted. Megan thank you for helping with my 35th anniversary ring. I am super excited to wear it!!!!!

Fine Jewelry shopping without pressure or judgement.
Rebecca and her coworkers were knowledgable and helpful without being pushy.
Location was nice, but they are moving to a new location in the mall soon that looks to be even better.
