Loaded my house in 3 hours and unloaded in 4 hours. Outstanding! They hauled my household goods 625+ miles and nothing was damaged. The guys were upbeat, friendly, and took great care in everything they did. Mark, Hayden, and Keydon are to be commended. I could not have had a better moving experience!

We moved from Austin to Phoenix. We used Black Tie in Austin to load up a POD and had an amazing experience. Once the POD arrived here in Phoenix, we used Black Tie to unload the POD. The guys were great! Very courteous and moved quickly (but not too quickly that things were damaged in the unloading process).My only complaint was that the office was not very responsive. The guys were scheduled to come at 10am but did not arrive until 1:30pm. Wasn't that big of a deal except for the fact that I had to reach out to them regarding the arrival time... multiple times.Overall, good experience, good workers, just not all that responsive.

My only complaint is that you need more staff.?they were always late because they had other jobs before. It’s too hot to work them this hard. Otherwise the guys were all great..

Our movers in AZ were fantastic (Jose and Courtney). The office is horrible at communicating and nonresponsive... but their onsite workers did a fantastic job and were efficient with space in the storage unit and time to get it done. Thanks guys

Marlon and Courtney are the best movers I have ever had. They are so efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! They are very pleasant and delivered my items with care. I will be using the company again just because of these two! They are so awesome! Really great experience and highly recommend!

Marlon & Courtney were absolutely phenomenal with our loading service today! We are moving across the country and using a POD, so we hired them to load it for us. They were both very friendly and efficient. I was honestly shocked that they were able to get everything in our two bedroom apartment into our 16’ POD. I would definitely recommend them to anyone; well worth the money spent!

The business owner claims that they discussed the pricing on the phone. No, he didn't tell me that the $5 plastic wrap is $100. You are ripping the people off, and it isn't right.

Went above and beyond to help. Responsive and professional. Nothing was broken or damaged and they were extremely careful with the fragile things. I’ll be hiring this company next time I move!!

Very disappointed on your service.The move was supposed to take one day. Ended up two days.Some of your guys were just standing around . They took of the beds apart. When it arrived at the new location parts were missing.Your crew was not professional at all. We have a big desk with a marble top. They put it on the marble top on the cement. Not good. Trying to call all day and no one has returned our call.

Black tie helped me with a house move, and we had a wonderful experience! Would highly reccommend them! They were very responsive, on time, wraped all furniture to ensure it was safe on the move, they were super friendly and careful with our stuff. We even had a lot of gym equipment that they were easily able to accomodate it. Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future for any moving needs!

On 9/14/22 six men and two trucks arrived at my basement home, on time, for a local Phoenix move. We began with a tour of the property so they understood the scope of the task. They then began placing protective mats on the floors and wrapped the stairway railings to prevent damage. The movers then spread out around the house wrapping the furniture in blankets and plastic wrap. The guys exhibited several traits that I appreciated. They listened to what I was saying. They were very courteous to me and with themselves. They treated the furniture as if it was their own...being careful with each piece. The priority was on doing things right and doing them safely. Their professionalism was reassuring. The communication was excellent as well, both with the sales dept and the movers themselves. I knew well in advance the cost of the move, including the hourly rate and other fees. I also understood the extent of Black Tie's liability, should anything go wrong. "No Surprises" should be Black Tie's tagline. In less than three hours, the contents of my house were on the trucks. I was not on site for the unloading, as my wife ran that show. She was particularly pleased with the kindness of the movers, their patience, and desire to insure that the furniture was placed just as she wanted it. In 90 minutes, the trucks were unloaded and the move was complete. I would also mention that the equipment used, including the trucks, was in excellent condition and I had no qualms about "issues" arising from faulty equipment. Three days later, we have yet to find a single scratch on anything....and certainly nothing was broken. We would certainly recommend Black Tie Moving without hesitation.

Black Tie movers showed up on time and dived right into the project. They had everything in the storage unit loaded onto the truck quickly and then transported it to the house and unloaded without taking a break. Brandon and Elias were very professional and careful with our furniture. We would recommend Black Tie to anyone moving in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area. One last note, when our house was not completed on time, Black Tie worked with us to get the move date rescheduled without any hesitation.
