Ladies and Gents let me tell you about the amazing customer service I RECEIVED from Mark Stoller. Not trying to say I know everything hahaha but I dabble in a little Google here and there and personal experience, but Marks knowledge opened my eyes on things I didn't even think about and when I thought about his suggestions and the other stuff, he was saying everything made more sense than what I knew or have been looking for. I guess the saying goes knowledge really does pay. Mark was definitely a true sales associate, not one of those that treat you bad or just there for a quick sale, shooot I felt like family there, very patience with me even though I asked literally a thousand questions. I will most definitely be back, and I'll be referring all of my family and friends to the Billiard Factory and tell them to ask for Mark Stoller.

I’ve never met anyone more passionate about their job. We had the good fortune of meeting Mark Stollee at the Billard Factory, Scottsdale location. As a true historian of the sport, the knowledge and the personal experiences that he shared made our shopping experience an enjoyable and confident one. I recently visited the Billiard Factory in Scottsdale and was extremely impressed with their wide selection of pool and billiard supplies. Mark and Chris, the helpful staff members, were such a pleasure to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and offered great advice on finding the perfect products for my needs. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse their extensive inventory. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Billiard Factory and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality pool supplies.

I have been looking for a store that will assist me in planning for future installation of a pool table and the works in my home. Mark S. Was so incredibly helpful. He gave me a ton of great suggestions, like how and where to put and position the table. How to store the equipment properly and how to care for each piece of equipment. I just used the Billard Factory in Scottsdale, AZ to have my Ohlhausen pool table and a bubble hockey table dismantled for an upcoming move. The staff team of Mark, Adam, Chris and Jonny were fabulous. Mark via phone arranging things and Adam, Chris and Jonny dismantling and packing the tables. I can't say enough good things about these gentlemen. and highly recommend everyone use the Billiard Factory for all their recreational game tables equipment etc. Great experience.

My husband has served 16 yrs active duty military so far. We have been to and traveled everywhere across the world. Currently stationed in TX. You wouldn’t believe how excited we were to find out? the great state of Texas happens to be the home of the famous; Billiard Factory! I always shopped the website so I am very familiar with the company and well we live in Texas… everyone here who plays knows the billiard factory is the place to go to for gear! In my search for a sexy stealth cue I happened to learn that Mark Stoller the owner of stealth cues works at the billiard factory! I’ve been looking for a twisted stealth cue and he was the person to talk to!
I want to be stealthy around a table ?
Jumping back: when “duty calls the husband overseas” I travel around. Visit my “military families” and squeeze in table time everywhere I visit. Everywhere the army takes us; North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Texas, New York, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, even overseas (can’t tell you where though ?) I see these amazing stealth pool cues and wanted one or two ? this is how I got to know Mark Stoller.
I am so excited to hear 2 stores are opening in the Phoenix Arizona area!!! It doesn’t matter where we move at this point the billiard factory is every where! I can’t wait to visit the store. I well definitely be telling all our friends down in Arizona where they need to go for all things billiards.
I have a desire to learn more and Mark Stoller at billiard factory has inspired me to see beyond the table. He is a bit of a historian with a passion for people. Every game has a story to tell. My cues are fabulously made; they will preserve memories of people and allow me to practice, learn and refine my skills.
You are not just purchasing material things from the billiard factory. Your investment is in the moments you share with the people who share your same passion. If your anything like me; you probably want the same Stealthy things in life ?

I would like to state that I have had the best service with Mark from Stealth Cues and The Billiard Factory. He has the knowledge needed to help with anything to do with pool Cues. I dealt with him personally and was very satisfied with his customer service skills. He explained things about the pool cue that I purchased in terms that I could understand. He was very helpful and friendly during the entire process. He also kept in touch with me during the entire process thru text and phone calls to his personal phone. So if you need anything to do with pool I would advise to text or call Mark. He is the greatest. And his knowledge of Cues is unsurpassed. Thank you Mark for all your knowledge and help. Good luck in your new adventure.

I have recently found out your company has hired/partnered with Mark Stoller from Stealth Cues. Mark is very experienced in all facets of billiards. What I appreciate most about Mark is his ability to pair the player with the proper cue. My family has a thirty year history with him and his company and we will continue to purchase our cues from him. Knowing he now is partnered with a table manufacturing company I will more then likely purchase the table I have been dreaming about. Congratulations you paired with a winner!

I travel so much for work and billiards. I was driving through Scottsdale, Arizona and I found out Mark Stoller works at The Billiard Factory in Scottsdale. I met him at the Las Vegas tournaments in the past. He greeted me when I walked in. Mark is very knowledgeable with all things billiards. . He helped me out with some pool cues and answered all my questions about a pool table
I had some questions about tips and he gave me some great advice .
He is a true historian, and I appreciate everything he did for me.
I plan on going back in the future if I need any billiard related.
