Overall I was very happy with the service from this location. The only issue is that within a week of buying 2 brand new tires one of the tires blew out. They said because I didn't buy their warranty they couldn't help me

I had such a pleasant experience at this McDowell location. Everyone was really nice, especially Chris at the counter. He broke down the prices of all my options and explained them to me twice and never seemed irritated. ? 5 stars for sure!

Had a great experience at this Big O tires. From the front desk personel to the techs in the shop, they made my vehicle run and look good! By look, I meant the awesome Cooper tires that Colton sold me! He also had my alignment done and now it's running like a champ! Thank Big O!
