The service was good, but they need their ashes BEAT for saling THEE most uncomfortable sofa ever! I wouldn't give it to the less fortunate. 399$ for a block of wood covered fabric! Big Lots? Big NOT! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Very large Big Lots. Has all the normal Big Lots items in well kept, very clean aisles and rows. The bathrooms are right inside the front door, to the right. Clean and easy to use. Was surprised at the size and selection compared to our local store. Glad we stopped in to do a little out of town shopping. In need of some snacks for your trip? Stop in and get your fill. Enjoy!

We shopped on a Thursday afternoon for a couch for a nearby condo setup. They had good choices and a delivery service so we were able to get it by Friday evening. The employee that helped us was very useful as she mentioned signing up for a member card to save 15% which helped a lot on a couch and vacuum.

I've shopped at Big Lots for years. Often hit or miss, I usually find something I need so rarely leave empty-handed. This store is not convenient unless I am at the hospital so I was pleasantly surprised on my last visit. This store always seems like the cleanest and best organized of all of them and it appears it has been rearranged since my last visit. I found a number of clearance bargains and some fall decor. I appreciated the fact that the staff not only smiled when they walked by but actually inquired as to whether I needed any help. This was a pleasant shopping experience.

Stores are well stocked, neat, clean, with friendly staffThere is a wide selection of everything you need for your home.I especially like the fact that you get a reward after 3 purchases. CHECK THEM OUT!

This Big lots is okay, but because they seem to always be short staffed, so a lot of their merchandise either doesn't get put out, or I've seen it put out on a cart or a rack. Which is no big deal to me, I just kind of feel sorry for the staff. They have one cashier, her name is Laurie. She is super nice, upbeat, and always helpful. Not that they all aren't nice, they are, but Laurie seems to go the extra mile.

I loved the store but the employees are so unrespecful, I was rushing to get in to buy a mattress that was in clearance is not even heavy because my baby's were going to sleep in the floor I got in but because it was 5 min to close the manager said Noooo you can not buy it today and she has 2 more associates in the front doing nothing please check your cameras this is not fear.

What's not to love about Big Lots???They have my kitchen essentials that I always seem to need while in Scottsdale. The zip lock bags, the parchment paper, and even baking pans, bowls or spatulas - Big Lot's is my fave spot to shop or peruse items that I need and items that I didn't know I needed ?Friendly staff and Military discounts, it's a win-win for me.
