“We always go for a bike ride on New Year's Day. This year I found some few rentals at PedalJetz. I booked four bikes a few days in advance. The next day the owner called to tell me the system shouldn't have let me book for January 1 because the store was closed that day. But he still honored the booking and showed up to rent the bikes on his day off. When we were done, an employee showed up to check in the bikes. Super great service. And the bikes were top of the line. And the Scottsdale bike paths are the best in the state.”

“Great bike store! I was visiting from out of town and wanted to go on a longer but uncomplicated bike ride. I chose to rent a hybrid bike and go on a 24 mile route posted on this bike store’s website. The rental price was right for the bike I chose. I could have chosen a higher end bike but for my purposes, I did not need that. The staff member was very helpful with tips about the route, which could be started at the store. The store was also well-stocked. I highly recommend this bike shop.”

“10/10, absolutely love this place. I had broken a pedal off my e-bike, and unceremoniously dropped by (meaning without calling or making an appointment), and the team got me right in. They ordered the parts and installed the cutest new pedals (that I happened to find while shopping around the surprisingly well-stocked retail area) for me, and delivered on time with every time promise they made. As a bonus, my bike runs 1000% better than it did when I dropped it off. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

They might be more expensive than other bike shops, but I’ll tell you, you never have to take it back for follow up adjustments or work! They do it right the first time!”
