Walked in with the intentions of buying an $8000 bicycle, only to be talked to like I was not worth their time. Elitist attitudes towards what seems like everyone. You clowns need to stop treating people poorly and seek therapy for your superiority complex.

I’ve had my bikes worked on at this shop for several years now and every time I go there they totally fix the problem, they do great work. They might be more expensive than other bike shops, but I’ll tell you, you never have to take it back for follow up adjustments or work! They do it right the first time!

I’ve had my bike’s derailleur tuned up at this shop and while the process fast and cheap ($12), the derailleur broke (like in half) on flat mountain 2 miles after. Not sure how I should feel about it. Will see what warrant will say about this I guess..

Bunch of Kooks. If this were a surf shop you'd find this crew working on the Southern shores of Lake Erie, renting 11' Wavestorm Soft Tops to tourists visiting Cleveland during the flat summer months. Nothing cool about them at all. A gaggle of kooks all dressed up in a stale yuppie environment. 0 Stars. I've been in many Specialized bike shops and never had such attitude spewed. Obviously built on the backs of overcharging.

Cool shop, nice location and the expected higher end products that accompany the bikes they sell. Low rating given for poor service on the bikes. Brought two bikes in, gravel and road, both for routine service, inspection and cleaning. Neither bike was indexed at all. Road bike jumps between 2-3 gears consistently and gravel is similar although not to the same degree of error. Furthermore upon first ride of road bike I squeezed my back brake bar into the drops, brake was completely eroded. You’d think a $150+ maintenance inspection would catch that but I suppose you’d have to care about the customer and product, not the cash you’re charging. Regardless, glad I test rode the bike and caught it myself before taking it out on the road for the first real time this year on Mt. Lemmon. In short: if you’re badly in need of a part of apparel for that day then this shop works. If you need repairs, service etc, go to you tube or another shop. Not worth the price or service.

The staff was very informative and friendly. As a new rider the Bicycle Haus was highly recommended by some friends as we’re all prepping to train for the ALC in June.I was able to find the right gear and fit for my needs and very grateful for the friendly and attentive support.

Scheduled an appointment several weeks ahead of time via telephone for Ironman Arizona. Upon arrival, the staff said no appointment had been arranged, but thankfully they managed to fit me in.I requested a bike build and tune up. They did an excellent job putting my bike together, but I noticed I had a flat rear tire when I got back to my hotel. Due to time constraints and the shops hours, I was unable to go back to remedy the issue. Aside from the flat tire, the tune up was good and my bike functioned well during my race. The staff did not make me feel super welcome but I guess they got the job (mostly) done. FYI, you cannot book to dismantle/pack your bike here.

Just moved to the area a month ago from Montana. Shredded a tire on a stretch of Scottsdale's debris covered (thanks leaf-blowing yard crews) bike lane...took it in to BH to see how long I'd have to leave it to get new tubeless tires installed. To my surprise I left a half hour later with new shoes on the Venge! Made a loyal customer out of me. By the way, no one has the high-end selection of bikes this place does. Drool worthy!

Visited here to get a bike fit for my triathlon bike and had an awesome experience working with the fitter. I’m not an experienced rider so I was a bit apprehensive going in, but the fitter made me feel comfortable, and I felt as though the process was incredibly thorough and informational.

These guys are awesome. They helped me twice this week. I typically wait and have my bikes serviced at a shop in Salt Lake City, but I needed some help here in Scottsdale. I came in around 430 expecting to drop my bike off for some new wheels to be put together. Instead, these guys threw my bike up on the stand, set up my carbon tubeless wheels and installed new rotors and a cassette all in 15 minutes while I waited. Impressive service. Glad to be able to ride this weekend with road wheels instead of my gravel ones!

I popped a tire a mile away on the bike trail. Walked my bike in and they had me back trail in 20 minutes. Friendly and happy to help.

Hello Bicycle Haüs!I was out for a ride yesterday and found myself wearing a (remake) of a 7-Eleven vintage cycling cap. When I returned, I placed the cap alongside my water bottle, and curiously had a craving for an espresso (decaf) with a touch of coconut milk.Of course, 7-Eleven was the sponsor of the very successful pro cycling team composed of the likes of Canadian Steve Bauer, Americans Greg LeMond and Andy Hampsten, among many other great cyclists.Great service, and well-selected items for sale. Thanks!
