Not what Best Buy used to be! A bit disappointing but Simon with Apple is absolutely the very BEST in every way! Very knowledgeable, courteous, polite, intelligent, helpful. I give Simon 5 stars!

Very attentive customer support desk. Ordered a phone online that had a faulty camera. No hassle to replace and even helped transfer data to the new phone. We had lunch a few doors down at Thai House while waiting. Lovely greetings by the staff and very attentive to ask if I needed help while browsing.
