Stick to teller service only at this location at 23305 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. Had an appointment and waited over 30 minutes; and I still would have had to wait longer. I told one of the tellers that I was leaving. Plenty of other places that will take my business. Appointment time overruns should be baked into the scheduling.

GROSS INCOMPETENCE. BEWARE!!! I wrote 2 checks to my dad. The first for $16,000. The 2nd for $85,000. My dad deposited the 2nd check without signing the back of it so they thought the check was "fishy". The branch manager claims she tried to call me "several times" and decided to bounce it. Not only did they bounce the $85,000 check, but they decided to bounce the $16,000 check too that WAS SIGNED and they money was in the account as well, no legitimate reason to bounce it. Not only did the manager LIE about calling me (my i phone registers missed and received calls, not a single phone call from any of the branch numbers) but she could have easily compared signature and hand writing to realize that these checks were legitimate. Not only am I filing a complaint with the attorney general, but I will be suing for damages as well. I will NEVER do business at this or any other BBVA bank again. NEVER.

I go to this branch probably 3 to 5 times a week everyone is nice but I went in today and needed some help with something and they could see I was getting emotional but would not go out of their way to help. They finally said they would Make An Exception and help But I had to go pick up something come back then take it back so I left and went to another branch and they helped me with no run around and made up reasons why they couldn’t get it done they just did it without me even having to explain what I wanted done. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS SAD MY HOME BRANCH COULD NOT HELP A REGULAR CUSTOMER

I joined this bank when it was Founder's Bank long ago. Just last week I moved. I have always been extremely happy with this bank and it's staff. Everyone was alway friendly, professional and helpful.
