Still the worst branch is AZ.. 2 hours for a chasiers check. Chase got me one in 10 minutes. The manager was supposed to cancel my fee, but alas worthless. Josh was the hero here at this branch. He should be the manager

Gone are the days when you can walk into a bank and expect a full-service experience. PNC has chosen to take the power of decision making out of the hands of those who are client-facing. I don't know why they even have a branch. If you need help with your home loan, "please call this number." If you need help with your personal checking account, "please call this number." It is pointless to walk into the branch unless you simply want a phone number to call.

Family and I had a great experience with this location. Staff were friendly and professional. Josh at front was super at welcoming us and guiding us to Colton (banker) who helped us secure a Check Ready Auto Loan. Able to negotiate at dealership with blank check and purchase a 2022 Ford Expedition. Thank you! Now have so much more space in our new vehicle!

I was humiliated today. I went into cash my check I bank with PNC The manager Marwa Azizullo needs to be investigated for how she treats people. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted any water it took 30 minutes to cash a check. I told her to even look at the history I cash checks here every Saturday. She act as if I was trying to steal my own money. That I work hard for it was only 4,000 even my boss called me after I left the bank and asked me what was going on I was so embarrassed she called my boss to verify. That never happened to me since I’ve been working here I report her & I will never go back to this branch again. It should not take 30 minutes to cash a check. I’m definitely going to follow up on my report

This branch is always great! I am extraordinarily grateful they have Saturday hours (as I'm sure many ppl are). Everyone is kind and does everything they can to make it a nice experience. Highly recommend this branch.

I would not recommend this bank to anybody. I did a mobile deposit with a payroll check for a very low amount And it's taken a week and it has still not gone through they say it is just the system when the funds have already been posted but not made available, this bank is very untrustworthy Third World type security and labor. I would not bank with them or anybody affiliated

I am officially leaving This bank after being with them since 2010. I am a self contracted hygienist so I get paid daily. I make 4-6 deposits per week. Today they said they have to do a 5 day hold on my check and I said they have never done that. It was only for 262.00. It's 2 days before Labor Day weekend and I still have 2 more days Of work and deposits. Are they gonna hold those 2 checks too for the long weekend? I had to leave to go cash it at the bank where the Dr is established at. This is some b******** let alone there shitty customer service and them never being open on a Saturday. They just got bought out by PNC as well so they will be changing a lot including all my bank cards and account numbers.

Angel was great at helping me solve all my problems! I've been to other branches where they tell me to call customer service, but not here. I had questions regarding my account as well as my mobile device and he made sure I left with acknowledgment of everything! Thank you Angel!

The only reason I give this 4 stars stars is for the outstanding job Mr. Angel did, ( that no one has done for me.) I have been coming to this branch for 2 years. I have gotten help from everyone there including the manager Kevin. First of all, Angel did an amazing job explaining all my options! He gives a light in that environment. I won't deny it when I saw him I thought him to be the new manager because of his mannerisms and how charismatic he is. No disrespect to the manager but, he should really take notes from his employee. Angel has patience and was able to help me solve multiple issues with my BBVA account. Before him I did think about changing branches even though this one is 3 min from my house. Bbva, give this man a raise ! Everyone ask for ANGEL.
