I returned shower gel ($17.95) that didn't lather very much with a weak fragrance. I explained my return to the lady & she stated the gel is made with cream hence does not lather. Ok. She didn't offer to show me another form of the product that lathers, seemed annoyed when I spoke of my return (I offered explanation, she never asked) and rushed me to leave. Rude! I hope she's not a manager & I hope she's nice to others. Never going back there. It costs zero dollars to be nice.

This location has the SWEETEST staff. The woman who welcomed me felt so genuine. She helped me look around and was just so happy and kind.

Having shopped at several Bath and Body Works across the U.S., I have to say the staff here at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Bath and Body Works is a pleasure to do business with. On a recent visit just prior to the holiday rush, the store was well stocked, the staff was well informed, and very polite. Here's a little hack, their White Barn candles smell amazing, period!

The store is nicely stocked and had a 40% off discount. One older Caucasian female was kind of rude and shoved the bag across the counter at me. :/

Made the mistake of trying to use coupons here ? manager (Chloe I think?) gave me dirty looks every few seconds from the register from the moment she saw the coupons. But nice place and all the other employees are super nice and helpful.

Went it and was looking for a certain scent. I know it is not seasonable but couldn't find it initially. The staff helped me find it. They're always so friendly. The scents they're releasing haven't been all that great, but they still have they're classic good ones.

This place is terrible. I tried to return items and I had the receipt on my phone but they said their system was not able to access since they didn't have anyone to access that system. Then they couldn't even do an even exchange even though they were the same product.
