Well, I don’t normally do reviews unless I’m pretty crazy over something! I’m pretty crazy about my new living room thanks to designer Marci Taylor. We didn’t have a huge space but what we came up with is so cool! Everything looks great together and was delivered in a timely manner. It actually came in early. Thanks Marci for making my space into a comfy warm surrounding. Kathy

David was so helpful in choosing our accent chairs for the formal living room. We purchased the perfect set. You can the fabric/leather and wood stain to customize your furniture. Great experience and NOT the most expensive. Good quality furniture

We weren’t expecting to shop at Bassett as thought the furniture are more traditional. Unexpectedly, we found their style are much more updated ( modern, clean lines) than before. The sofa are also comfortable and well designed with good height and depth proportion.The sales team is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We went in many times and they provided the same welcoming service each time.We just purchased an in stock sectional which will arrive in less than 3 weeks. Can’t wait to get it.Thanks everyone for your help in our purchase.

I had the best experience with Marci Taylor. She helped me decide what living room furniture would fit in my living room layout. She’s very good with color and she very confident in her suggestions. During that shopping process, I went to other furniture stores, and out of the three that I went to, I felt that Marci was the best. She made the process easy when I was having a hard time making decisions .I received many compliments from friends and family and referred them to her.

I had a great experience! The Scottsdale store has a fun and friendly atmosphere! All the designers I encountered were helpful and knowledgeable. They carry a beautiful line of furniture, and I highly recommend this shopping experience!

I recently bought a Moby couch from Bassett Furniture and have been really pleased with it. It’s very comfortable, making it great for naps.David, the salesperson, was helpful in selecting the right fabric and cushion cores, focusing on comfort. The store was clean and well-organized, which made shopping there a good experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated that there was no pressure to make a quick purchase.Overall, I’m happy with my Moby couch from Bassett Furniture and the service I received.

What a wonderful experience we had here. Live in California but stopped in to see if they delivered to where I live and they did, so I purchased a Benchmade dining room. Marci, David, and Kristy were great in helping decide finishes. They all had great ideas and rational for why I should get the finishes and configuration and since I had measurements put it in a floorpan right there on the spot!! I've read so many reviews and realize you have to be careful because so many people complain because they don't get their way then live a bad review, well, check this team out because they are phenomenal!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE. The salesperson, Tammy Leach, completely lied to us about the furniture we purchased. We didn't have the time to wait several weeks to custom order bedroom furniture so we bought some pieces that Ms. Leach said were already made and available to ship.Now, we are told that it will still be five weeks before we can get them because they are coming ALL THE WAY from California. Spoke with Ed (because Tammy Leach promised to call back and never did) and he said management says our only options are to cancel and pay 15% restocking fee or wait another 5 weeks. Cancelled because I don't do business with dishonest people.Bait and switch, deceptive business practices.

Last update: I called customer to see if they would help me and live up to their "delight guarantee", they told me there was nothing they could do and they weren't sure why I was told to contact them (see below from Bassett). This company has zero customer care, no delight, only regret that I purchased from them. Update: I, like others, was asked to contact customer service to help resolve my issue. I emailed them over a week ago and have not received a response. Not even an autoresponder that they will get back to me. So much for their commitment to provide great service. - Please don't buy from this company, they have zero customer service and don't stand behind their products. I have never written a bad review before but this company has left me no options. I ordered an in stock sectional because I needed something quickly. I sat on the same one in their showroom and it was very comfortable. When it was delivered it was incredibly firm, like stiff as a board firm. They offered that I could purchase replacement cushions that would be softer. I did this and after 30 days of waiting the cushions were firmer than what I already had. The store admitted that the one in the store was broken in over time and they had complaints about the ones customers get being too firm, but I was not told that before I purchased. The store manager refused to help, the regional manager never responded to my email. I tried to resolve this with the Better Business Bureau and Bassett kept insisting that my sectional was custom since I "selected" it but it was an in stock item. Check them on the BBB site, there are tons of complaints against them. Wish I had checked it first.

after the sale...no customer service!! Spend thousands of dollars and than get the run around scripted BS from robot salespeople who lie about what they are going to do. Corporate office ? Same BS!!

We ordered our five piece bedroom set, with a protection plan, from Bassett in February 2020. COVID delays aside, this has been the WORST furniture experience we have ever had. Three of the five pieces came to us with varying issues. The dresser was broken on delivery, and we have now re-ordered the same dresser two additional times. All three of the dressers have come to us broken and/or with manufacturing defects, and the most recent dresser delivery attempt was today. The two night stand drawers would not close correctly, and we elected to have this issue corrected after delivery. This was a mistake as, even with the protection plan, we are still waiting to have the issues corrected almost a year after delivery.The furniture manufacturing appears to be poor given the number of issues we have had with malfunctioning pieces, which is a huge disappointment given how expensive everything is. Please avoid this company for your furniture needs.
