Nick was awesome. I believe he's a personal banker . He was helpful and respectful. He will Amazing at anything he decides to do. He represents Bank of America very well.

This location has been closed for several months now due to the pandemic. I received ZERO notice about this, and only found out recently on their website when I tried to make an appointment to access my safe deposit box. In order to access my safe deposit box, I had to submit an appointment REQUEST by email. After sending my appointment request, I received an auto-reply advising it takes 1-3 business days for them to respond. After 1 business day of hearing nothing, I called customer service. They advised that although my request would be escalated, it STILL may take an ADDITIONAL 2-3 business days for someone to reach out to me just to SET UP an appointment. They also advised that it could be days or weeks before the first available appointment because arrangements need to be made for a guard to be on site. It would have been nice for BoA to provide box-holders notice of their intention to "temporarily" close this branch and advise that it could take weeks before getting an appointment to access safe deposit boxes. I'm sure the lack of notice was intentional on their part to avoid customers from emptying out their boxes and cancelling their box rentals.

This is such a poor branch. The people are nice enough and they just repainted the exterior, but the ATMs rarely work or are inoperable all together.

Every time I go there there is a huge line only 1 teller it’s so inconvenient for us as costumer to wait that long .. twice I left to go another location to get better service.

After calling at least 8 BofA and having no one answer their phone I was finally able to get a live person at this location. Randy was very nice and polite even though he was not able to help me just the fact that he was nice was enough.

Was seen right away without an appointment to transfer funds internationally. Staff was courteous, efficient and respectful. Process was explained to me along the way. Excellent customer service!

The branch manager is extraordinarily unprofessional. Very tacky and inappropriate that he comes onto my girlfriend every time she enters the bank. Retail banking shouldn't be a pick up joint. Unfortunately, he has made it so uncomfortable for her that she doesn't even walk into the bank. How can BofA not vet their employees more carefully?
