Stopped in to my local bank yesterday and was greeted by Danny Jarquin. He was super nice and very helpful with my banking needs. I don't have to visit the branch that often, but it's nice to know people like Danny are there. Thanks Danny!

I'm removing my account from this bank no wonder you guys are being investigated. You literally lost 580,000 bucks. Trash bank and trash tellers but judging from the reviews you guys dont really care. I will do everything I can to spread this word. I cant believe how poor your customer service is. Everyone should withdraw their account this bank doesn't deserve any business. 0/10

Went through the drive through ATM to take out cash. Due to abnormal activity on my account (I never use my ATM card), there were “restrictions” placed on my card. Now being locked out of receiving my own funds, I proceeded into the bank to withdraw cash. I was greeted by a pleasant man in a suit who seemed eager to assist. I let him know what had happened when a rather rude older (50 - 60 yo) Hispanic female jumped in abruptly and told me I needed to call the number on the print out. I explained I did not have a print out as I thought someone inside would be able to assist and I had declined to print at the ATM. She stated she would need to go back and get the number for me. Then she literally just sat there and stared blankly at me. After a bit I asked if she would be so kind as to get the number as I was in a bit of a hurry and had 10 minutes to get to my appointment. She then snarkily proceeded to tell me we needed to go to the ATM where she could help me and sat and stared at me blankly again. I again reminded her I was in a bit of a hurry and a bit frustrated this was happening and if she could show some sort of urgency for her customers needs it would be appreciated……..she continued to sit and stare with a smirk on her face as if trying to show she was in charge and we would be doing things at her pace and on her terms. Before I said something I would regret, I said goodby and left the facility.Sadly, I have been a BofA customer for 20+ years, am in my 50’s with a healthy portfolio with Merrill and will be saying goodby as soon as I have line something else up. The lack of regard this person had for my time, snarky remarks and lack of customer service for a healthy customer was not acceptable.

They continually unauthorize my debit card at the beginning of the month. I receive more direct deposits each month, two than probably most, that may be the issue. When I ask, "why is this a continual issue with my debit card and Bank of America for the last five months" they cannot answer or give me the pat run of reasons it may be receiving an Un authorization. I've asked more than 1/2 dozen times, ''I know why a card can be unauthorized, but why are my cards singled out for Un authorization?" (My debit card has been unauthorized for use at the branch I have been Banking at since 2007) again at least six times within the last three months. Talk about embarrassing when you have invited two or three other couples out for dinner and cocktails. NEVER AGAIN, I am going back to Chase and Wells Fargo to have the direct deposits sent to two separate Banks. So, I, (hopefully) will not be embarrassed like I have been recently when out with clients and friends.

This place is a complete joke. No one answers the phone and after waiting 30 minutes in line I was told all I could do was call the support line even though I already did and the support line said to contact the bank itself. Highly unprofessional and no idea how to even do thier jobs.

I had to select at least one star that they don't deserve. Do not bother try to get anything done at this bank. BOA is a joke but this branch doesn't care about you at all.

This branch and the one in Fountain Hills is the worst with their hours. They close at will. You would think they would email their customers the very day they have an issue if they have to close for any reason and also provide the locations closest to that branch. I have end of the year deposits and transfers to do that need to be made before the end of the year! and they are closed! They could even get onto their website and give the information there! They are the worst. They know our information, they email is their silly useless surveys. Email everyone that's been to the branch for the past 6 months!
