Fantastic experience. Juan helped me figure out exactly what kind of Freon me and my wife’s car needed. I typically hate going to these places because customer service can be so bad, however, Juan and the other gentleman that was working tonight were class acts. I saw another comment that said not all, AutoZone are created equally, and I agree with that. This place definitely knows their stuff and take customer service seriously.

Extremely rude. They did not want to help and gave pushback with every question we asked. We weren't completely sure the issue and wanted a second opinion but we needed to pry it out of the guy helping us. Luckily we were right and they still got us what we needed but it was a painful process to get there. I've never had so much trouble at an auto zone. Every other one I've been to has been super helpful.

Love this auto zone specifically. Juan is the best. Polite and well informed. I knew Juan b4 this promotion from nothsight autozone. He was a parts manager then. Now store manager. What a stellar job Juan. Let's go flat head fishing!

Amazing customer service for not even a customer today. I got a flat tire and a kind employee from AutoZone came and helped me get the spare on. Can't thank him enough on this hot work day!

Not all AutoZone's are the same and you will find that to be true here. The staff and their experience is second to none compared to other locations I have visited. Now this is not a knock on AutoZone in general it just shows that they have gathered some of the best in knowledge at this location I went to. Keep up the great work AutoZone and its Team. I will be back!!!

The staff here is beyond helpful!! The battery in my 26' motorhome died in the storage lot and I was having a very hard time getting any help from AAA/my insurance plan for assistance.
Melanie referred me to an excellent mobile mechanic (Matt) who jumped the old battery then Dan (I think!) installed a new battery when I made it back to AutoZone!
They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this location!
