Very good selection and reasonable prices.Great helpful employees.Nice location with plenty of free parking.Their warranty program is exceptional.They replaced my battery under warranty and even installed it FREE.This place has helped me many times,I rarely go anywhere else.This is the best auto parts store I have ever been to.They stand behind what they sell.

Mike Gregory, The Assistant Manager of this particular location was extremely friendly and helpful. My sisters and I visited the store to buy supplies for an oil change and he urgently assisted us on what we needed. He offered professional advice on our situation and we couldn’t be more grateful for his willingness to help us ladies. We had no idea what we were doing but were determined to get it done. He at one point came out and checked on us to make sure we were ok. 10/10 service! Thanks again Mike! You’re awesome.

I had a battery issue and visited AutoZone at 7401 E. McDowell. Joe at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He quickly found the right battery for my truck and offered tools and additional information. Thanks to Joe, I went from frustrated to one of the happiest customers AutoZone has ever had. I don't have a need to visit often, but everyone is always so helpful when I do. Patrick M was nice enough to help me install my windshield wiper blades, so I'm ready to rock next time we get rain. It's nice to have a friendly and reliable place for my auto needs in the neighborhood.

My daughter had a taillight out and we stopped by AutoZone to get a replacement. Daniel M. couldn’t have been more helpful! Mother and daughter didn’t know how to determine right light bulb and certainly didn’t know how to remove and replace. Daniel handled all of that for us. He showed my daughter how to do it for next time. Thank you Daniel!
