Huge shoutout to Wayne and Glenn for helping me design the best sounding audio system I’ve ever had in a car. These guys are beyond knowledgeable and are super creative when it comes to solving tough problems. Couldn’t thank them and any installers that worked on my car enough. I couldn’t be happier with how the sound turned out. They helped educate me and made sure that my goal of audiophile grade sound quality was achieved. The JL audio C3 component speakers they recommended and installed, as well as an amplifier and dsp all went together perfectly to create the best sounding car audio I’ve ever had. Again, huge shout out to these guys they all deserve a promotion and a raise.

Simple and easy to do business with. Was not pressured in any direction or even to buy. Only thing i would say is it would be nice to have more Technical knowledge available for more availability to answer customer questions. Great place to get a good setup!

I wanted Apple CarPlay I my 2016 Mercedes. While I thought it would be fairly easy to install, it wasn’t. In the end Audio Express installed it and it took longer than I expected but it seems to be working well now. Thanks Glen for the installation. I wish they carried the conversion kit in rather than buying it on Amazon. It’s not touch screen which also makes it more difficult to maneuver.I want to add to my review, once again after someone borrowed my car and switched all the AppleCare Play I took it back to Audio Express and Glen came to my rescue. He spent all the time he needed and after trial and error he was able to get me back on track. I can’t thank him enough for all his help! TWICE!

The Installation of our after market Apple Car Play was a big thing to us. I spoke to Wayne at Audio Express in Scottsdale, AZ. He was very helpful and informative. He ordered the parts and completed the installation as promised and for a slightly lesser amount than was originally estimated. We are pleased with Audio Express and specifically Wayne. We recommend them.

The folks here are friendly, professional, and do exceptional work. Keeping in mind car audio installation can take a while in general, these folks did high quality work in quite a bit less time than expected.

My experience with Audio Express of scottsdale was extremely gratifying.I had a light kit put on my Plymouth Prowler. The procedure took approximately 3 hours. Extremely satisfied with the outcome. My only criticism is that the shop lacks a comfortable waiting area. No TVs, no comfortable seating. No SnacksNo vending machines, etc. Most installs takes a couple of hours. This is something that needs to be addressed ASAP. I almost died of boredom! If you invite someone into your business and or home , it's your responsibility to make them feel comfortable, if you want them to return.This is why I give them 4 out of 5 stars.

First experience was terrible. less than 1 star.Update.new vehicle, I tried hard not to end up back here but options were limited. I went back and so happy I did. I was so impressed with the new crew! Amazing. No upselling. In and out great service.
