Went to pick up an online order. Customer service representative was unfriendly and put out having to assist me to get it. Pointed and grunted. Thought I was in Trump Tower for a minute.

Spent almost $2000 here in various things and I come back on July 10 at 3:50 pm with two shower curtains that are too short. One of them I opened. I happened to be with the manager, the first thing I said when our interaction began was, I opened one of them I'm sorry I don't know your return polices. She exams the items and goes "you opened one of them"... Lady I just told you that, did it go through one ear out the other??? She refused to return the opened one. I think an exception could of been made considering I just moved across the street from you and spent all that money. I didn't fight it, not a Karen, just asked for the exception and she said no, I mentioned what I spent and she didn't care at all. What happened to customer service? Tbh I won't be back if your gonna nickle and dime me like that. I understand throwing the rule book if the shower curtains was all I bought but I spent much more than that. Something you could of thought througu as a manager and made the exception to keep your customer happy.

Trying to find help was just not going to happen. We were there 1:15 minutes and the only employee we saw was the cashier.

Unreal experience. I placed an order online this morning April 4th,2024. I go to pick it up and its not ready which is fine so I told the cashier Ill go grab it myself to help out and she said ok. I went to look for 20 minutes and couldnt find it. I went to get help and a short haired bleach blonde helped me, maybe the supervisor, and she look ag a few trees and said is this it? i said no its a 6ft tree, that says in stock and I placed an order for it how can it be so difficult to find? And she says oh it says in stock online all the time but doesnt update in time. So basically I drove an hour from Surprise, spent $20 in fuel to be told “oh well” . Whats the point of placing orders online that say they are in stock when theh arent, thats complete false advertisement and a complete waste of time and money. In store might be ok, but DO NOT risk placing an order online with these people.

My wife and I visited the store recently. We were looking for a treadmill and their selection was excellent. Jaime assisted us and was thorough and patient with us.
It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely be back when we are in the market for additional equipment.
Joni and Chase came to our house to deliver the treadmill. They were efficient, professional and informative.

I was excited to purchase a trifold vanity mirror for the low price it was, but when I went to open it 2 days later, I noticed scratches on it right away. I slowly opened the trifold and the mirror portion has so many finger prints and gunk, plus it has scratches on the mirror and dirty. That was awful and not right. I don't want to blame the store employees for putting a used item on the shelf. They probably do not know, but I will be returning it for a full refund since I can not trust the source. Very disappointed ?. The 1 star is based on the used product alone.
