I am always happy to see Art Factory pop up in a finish or door schedule because I know I am going to have the opportunity to deal with Karla and the other fabulous customer service people there who care about their customers and the product. A lot of the jobs we work on are high pressure, and it is great to know that this is one aspect of the project I can always count on to go smoothly with just one phone call. If there were more stars to give I would!

The Art Factory are an outstanding company to work with, a real rarity in this modern, computer-moderated world. While I found their high quality, beautiful products (and incredible selection) via Google, it was their way of doing business that really bowled me over. They were kind, full of integrity, enthusiastic, and willing to educate. Every interaction displayed a deep value for building relationships and trust with customers. I recommend the Art Factory with the strongest possible terms.

Just stopped into Scottsdale Art Factory to browse and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Karla, the same representative we worked with when we purchased our front door and front gate 20 yrs. ago. Our realtor had just commented on the incredible statement and first impression the door and gate make when visiting our home. My wife and I look forward to working with Scottsdale Art Factory to meet our future needs.

Art Factory responded to my first post with the same misinformation they previously sent to me. Note however the threat to sue me for posting a bad review. Is this the kind of company you want to give business to? Bottom line: the door did not match the approved design as proven by the company agreeing to reimburse me. The company also agreed I could have the remedial work done in Canada so once they agreed to this the fact they offered to ship the door back to the factory is irrelevant. The door was corrected and Art Factory only paid $500 to repair a $17,000 door and left me holding the bag for $2000. AVOID THIS COMPANY
I bought an expensive custom door from Art Factory and the finished product did not remotely match the approved design. This could have been avoided if they would have allowed me to view the work in progress but they would not. Art Factory agreed that the finished product was faulty and further agreed that I could have the door modified in Canada rahter than shipping back to Arizona and they would pay the cost. I submitted the repair invoice which was a fraction of the original cost and they refused to pay expect for a paltry $500, about 3% of the original price. They stuck me with $2000 of expenses for their screw up. I wrote a review on Yelp and they threatened to sue me for blackmail, and more recently the president of the company agreed to look into this but he also refused to pay and then threatened legal action as well. Do you want to give your business to a company that screws up a job and then threatens legal action for a bad review? AVOID THIS COMPANY

I had a great experience viewing the large collection of high quality vintage neon signs!Karla was very helpful answering questions and explaining Art Factory. The neon is available for purchase to enhance a personal or business area. I loved seeing the many different sizes and versions of Pegasus. Skilled neon artists create on the premises. There are also many other man-cave items like vending machines, jukeboxes, gas pumps and dinerware. Highly recommended!

This place has very unique items to set your home apart from others. We purchased fishing rod door handles for our barndo and love them! Also purchased the matching opposite side door handle in a different design to match up. Install was easy. Would highly recommend.

The craftsmanship of these beautiful doors is exceptional. Tony the design engineer was meticulous from beginning to end of my project. These doors are a highlighted feature with anyone who visits my home…a real treasure to own!

Scottsdale Art Factory has been amazing to collaborate with on the front door for our new home. We wanted a unique and beautiful front door, and they made our vision and dream a reality. The communication was wonderful, and we were always able to have our questions or concerns addressed in a timely fashion. Our artist assigned to our project cared about our door as much as we did. If he didn’t know, he called. We were doing a live edge door, and they gave us several options to choose from as well as mockups so we could see what they would look like. This enabled us to pick the perfect live edge slab for our project. From start to finish this is an amazing company and amazing people to work with, not to mention the quality is beyond compare. I can’t recommend Scottsdale Art Factory enough if you want a wonderful door.

Great place if you are looking for some high-end neon signs this is the place to go. Even if you don't plan on buying anything that's a great place just to see some cool signs. Customer service was really good somebody kind of gave us a little tour of the place. There was a lot more there than I thought.

I submitted an order to Artmill for an acrylic pano print. This was for a silent auction at a cancer benefit. It was an oversight entirely on my part, but it wasn't going to arrive in time for the benefit. When I reached out to Artmill and explained my dillemia, they jumped right in and made sure the print arrived on time. This is my second time using Artmill and I will definitely be a return customer! Quality prints and amazing customer service. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Stay away from this business. I wish I hadn't trusted this company with my time and money. Without sharing personal details, just know that Art Factory shows no compassion or compromise. If you do seek them out for a product, proceed with deep, cautious pockets.
