Safe to say I had no clue where to even start but was greeted right away when entering the store by Kevi I believe her name was. She helped me find everything on my list in an efficient and timely manner. Great job by her!”

“I stopped in there today (12/21/23) looking for help fixing a necklace for my wife. While they normally dont do that kind of thing, Tammy told me over the phone to bring it in and she would take a look and see if there was something she could do. Unfortunately the necklace requires repairs that are above and beyond what they can do, but it was the effort she made to even look at it that made me give this review. Most places would brush you off without even looking at it! She also cleaned a pair of my wife's diamond earrings and was super helpful and kind throughout my visit at the store. In fact I ended up buying a set of earrings there just because I was impressed with the help and kindness I received while there. A little small talk later, I walked out a happy customer. You dont get that much more these days, sad to say. Tammy was great to interact with! Thank you, Al's!”

“The manager, Cecilia, and her team are incredible. I was in a terrible pinch due to an unexpected delay with an online order caused by FedEx, and the folks here were more than willing to help me create a similar order to pick up in store as a back-up while I tried to figure things out with FedEx. Within just a couple hours of calling them with my issue, Cecilia's team called back with a workable substitute order to ensure I did not need to cancel or postpone our arts workshop. Huge thank you to this store for the wonderful customer service and timely assistance!”

“Decent prices, discount with phone number, and lots of supplies. Employees can be really hit or miss but most are wonderful. My only complaint is that I have to leave my bag up front and the employees don't really watch the bags. It'd be super easy for someone to snag it on the way out. I suggest having a designated area behind the registers.”

“Joann Fabrics and Crafts is a great place to shop for anything pertaining to crafting, they seem to have it all! This store is very clean and organized, and the restroom was clean as well. The employees are very helpful with whatever your project happens to be.
There is a weekly sale and you can sign up to receive coupons for 40 % off one non-sale item. I used a coupon for 25% off my entire purchase and then received another coupon for 50% off one item!”
