Sorry just flew in from Chicago and stopped in at Scottsdale Fashion to find one of my favorite stores their money exchange I had such a hard time looking for something in Chicago but I ended up buying with product needless to say they always take care of me here in Scottsdale and the young lady that helped me was just amazing you guys received five stars for your awesome service trendy clothing and latest fashion I'll be back tomorrow just because I love the store wanted to let you guys know check them out if you happen instead of Scottsdale Fashion in Old Town Scottsdale

Decided to shop here and the staff were super helpful. They made me understand the sales and what's up & fresh In the store. Highly suggest this store for nice, and quick but helpful service. Will be shopping here again.

The shirts I purchased from Armani Exchange were fantastic quality. What struck me to write this review is the outstanding service I've received from the sales associates on Wednesday around 11:30am. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed, were friendly, and answered any questions regarding the products.

I watched 2 people walk out of the store and thinking I could walk in and the lady wanted me to wait at the gate! For her to check out people like if she was the only one working! I waiting so long I watched 6 people walk away because we could not understand why she wanted us to wait. I really like this store and shop here often! And this is the worst service I have ever gotten! I really didn’t want to buy anything due to the service but I came to the mall for this store and 2 others. Victoria shame on you for making me feel like garbage! They are so lucky I found a pair of jeans I really like! Other wise I would not have got anything! The manager Christina tried to make it better but unfortunately was not very good at it! Sad!

So I came in to AX today to return a pair of linen shorts. I purchased them a few months ago but didn’t overly wear them or put them in the dryer. Now they are completely falling apart. I talked to the manager and she did nothing for me. Heck I would have taken store credit. It’s pretty sad when you’ve spent $10s of thousands at AX and they don’t even care. I think I’ll take my money elsewhere. Thanks for all the help AX. Now I know where you stand.

Amazing store and crew beautiful store with great support for customers everyone is polite and also bilingual I would most definitely recommend coming and checking out this location they are very helpful and kind people .
