We had an exceptional experience with Mike @ AVM! Shopping for a used vehicle on line can be daunting and risky if you don't find someone with experience, knowledge, integrity, and solid character. Mike possesses these and more. He was very patient and responsive in fielding all our questions. He did a private video call with us to preview the car and followed up with recorded video for us to have and review in more detail. Mike was willing to help coordinate a mechanical inspection of the car as well as vehicle transport. We decided to fly to Scottsdale to get the car and make road trip out of the voyage back home. In true service fashion, Mike personally picked us up at the airport! The car was exactly as represented and we love it! The road trip was epic. We highly recommend Mike and AVM! Buy with confidence. Expectations exceeded!

I was more than pleased with the communication had and the transaction completed with Mike @ AVM. With a mature trade, I very much appreciated AVM's decorum as we worked toward an acceptable "middle" number. The overall process was sincerely fair and moved quickly. For that, I am grateful...
I would highly recommend AVM if you're considering a vehicle. I was impressed by the overall inventory and attention to detail clearly spent when curating.

This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. It was quick, painless, and fair. The price I paid was within $200 of what I had determined to be a fair price. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition and it was clear to me that the owner only deals in high quality vehicles. The vehicle needed a new windshield, an oil change, and an emissions test which were all done in less than 24 hours at the dealer's expense. I found the owner to be very honest, informative, and willing to answer any questions, even after the sale. I won't hesitate to work with AVM again in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Mike Kaplan. Hurricane Ian took both of our cars. Searching the internet I found the exact car that we wanted. Contacted Mike, great discussions & info on the vehicle. I flew out to Phoenix to see it and took a test drive (including a car wash test for leaks in the removable top). We agreed on a fair price and I flew home. I’m not a rich guy, I flew SouthWest :) Mike kept me informed throughout the process including pics as the car was loaded onto the carriers truck. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from Mike.BTW - his son is a hockey star! Says a lot about his dad, Mike, because travel hockey requires significant planning, discipline & commitment.

Used Michael to sell Car two years ago. Review a little overdue but David and Michael were great and very fair. They sold my car in less than three weeks. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid this dealership. Will not stand behind what they sell. We bought an expensive SUV here and at the first scheduled oil change were told the vehicle had sludge in the engine. Turns out that AVM either didn't inspect the vehicle properly or were dishonest during the sale.They would NOT stand behind the vehicle at all! So my strong advice is to avoid AVM. There are plenty of better dealers out there.

This family owned/operated business clearly values honesty and customer service. We flew in from out of state to pick up our new purchase. From the first text message to the last farewell we were made to feel comfotable and welcome with their accommodation. I will happily reccomend trusting AVM Autos!!

I'm normally not one to write reviews but after my second vehicle purchase from Arizona Vehicle Management and the great experience I had, I felt it was time to give praise to a well deserving company. Being a small business owner myself, I understand the importance placed on not only delivering a quality product but being able to provide great overall customer experience. I can state very clearly that Arizona Vehicle Management provides both. I've worked with Mike Kaplan each time and his professionalism, willingness to help, overall car knowledge and ability to provide me with a very fair deal is everything I could ask for when shopping for a vehicle. When I was interested in getting a different vehicle I would go to their website arizonavehiclemanagement… and see what they had to offer and could find 30 - 50 pictures as well as a detailed description of what the vehicle included. My current vehicle is a Toyota FJ Cruiser and before I bought it from AVM I was concerned about blind spots and if the wheel in to back affected the view. Mike brought the FJ to me and allowed me to drive it in the day and at night to make sure I felt comfortable. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Arizona Vehicle Management I can assure you that you are dealing with a reputable company. I have sent my friends and clients to Mike Kaplan and they all have had the same positive experience. Thank you Mike, I appreciate you making buying a vehicle fun again.

Mike was extremely helpful in getting the 2008 Denali ready for us. He took care of a few small problems, made sure the vehicle was clean and handled all the paperwork. He replaced the battery, some sensor in the tire and worked with the previous owner to get the information we wanted. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Definitely would buy another used vehicle from him, if we were in the market for one.

Negotiated price and delivery with dealer, Michael Kaplan. Offered a deposit, he refused until my mechanic inspected. My mechanic inspected and told him we would buy. I called two hours later and he had sold the vehicle to someone else. Do not trust.
