Chad was amazing. I contacted him to assist me with purchasing my first home. He did a great job breaking the process down into individual tasks so that I wasn't overwhelmed. He kept me on target to close on time and was always on top of things when it came to communication. He made me feel like I was his only customer in the world. I will absolutely never go to anybody else for a mortgage.

Being an out of state customer, Chad was very attentive and was always available and never left me in doubt. He was very honest and upfront with me on all the different loans available and worked with me on my best option, even though I changed my mind on my first choice. Already had a reverse mortgage in place with AAG and had been trying to update because of home values going up. AAG was no help and after 9 months of working with them got in touch with Chad and his group of people. His expertise in Reverse Mortgages was able to get a new Reverse Mortgage done and in place in five weeks. Could not be happier with what Chad and his office staff were able to accomplish in such a short time. And, even better the end results were even better that what I had been looking for.Great people, great results.

Chad is super responsive, helpful and proactive. You can tell he truly has his client's best interests at heart. Chad is absolutely the best. We worked with him very closely for the better part of a year on a new construction home that had some slightly complicated financing on our end. He got our pre-approval done asap so that we could make an offer quickly, he was there on constant updates throughout months and months of the building process, and he moved mountains at the end to help us close with all necessary measures as soon as was possible so that we could move in. He and his team were so pleasant to work with, incredibly effective at getting things done and making it easy for us, and I only wish we were in the market to buy more homes so we could work with him more. Absolutely recommend, I can’t imagine working with anyone else.

Chad Okun was such a pleasure to work with. He made himself available any time of day or night to assist with our refinance. Chad took the time to understand our situation and needs and was invested throughout the entire process. As a first time "home-buyer" doing this refinance during a difficult time due to a family member passing away, we couldn't have asked for a better friend at our side.
