Called last minute for an appointment and was happy that I was able to get my boyfriend in immediately. Reception was nice and friendly. Then...Dan. Past experience has taught me you never allow the stylist to keep you from looking at the mirror during a cut the whole time. Then to have the back of your head pushed down with no verbal que, tells me you are not a valued customer. Sad that the customer service from Dan was so unwelcoming. Overall the cut was good, but doubtful any return visit will happen when you leave feeling like you shouldn't have bothered.

When I arrived for 5PM simple haircut appointment (made yesterday AM), I was asked to "come back in a few hours, or tomorrow." Why? Assigned stylist said he didn't know how to do that cut (A-line cut). I walked out- angry but polite, then returned and said that I would wait (for Daniel, who has cut my hair before). Manager claimed they were "slammed." I politely, but firmly expressed my anger. Daniel agreed to do the cut. I waited an additional 45 minutes, and he did. I asked him why, since I had an appointment. The manager snickered and smirked the whole time, and I was extremely uncomfortable. Essentially, I was blamed for not having requested a specific stylist, when I asked (quietly) why this had happened. NO ONE apologized!!

I’m always blown away by the amazing service here. Today I called in for help regarding a perm having fried my hair. They scheduled me as soon as possible and fixed my hair free of charge. With all my questions, they had every opportunity to sell me extra product but suggested I just stick to my current routine.Bottom line: when I need help, I can trust the advice I’m given is sound and when I leave, I can always trust that I won’t have to deal with a disaster if something goes wrong. I don’t have to worry about a bad outcome or being upsold. I only have to worry about what I want to look like.Services: Haircut

When I booked an appointment and I walked in and the person who Was supposed to cut my hair was just beginning to dye someone else’s hair. Rather than letting me know that they double booked the stylist they had me sit there for at minimum 20 minutes without saying anything to me.
