John was a superb salesman, going above and beyond to make ARHAUS 'the place' to buy furniture.My daughter was visiting from New York and had just purchased an entire room of furniture from the ARHAUS store on Long Island. She wanted to show me all the pieces she had purchased, so we visited the Kierland store in my neighborhood.John introduced himself immediately and then took the time to help us find each and every piece of furniture she had purchased, then actually sat with us for a moment to explain the quality of each piece, and engaged us in such a warm, professional and informative manner that my daughter actually remembered John and mentioned the experience again in a text yesterday! (Her visit was in February!)She is thrilled with her new furniture and, as a bonus, has a wonderful memory of her AZ visit to ARHAUS!!!!THANK YOU, John!

We had a great overall experience at Arhaus at Kierland. It started with our sales rep - Tristain. He was so courteous, resourceful and professional each time we visited the store. He also stayed in constant communication via text and email to provide us updates on our order and delivery status. He was always prompt and thorough via texts. We furnished several rooms - great room, kitchen, dining, master bedroom and outdoor space. We had to return one item because it did not fit our space and Tristain help make the return a seamless process. We also had a positive experience with our delivery each time as we had 4 or 5 different deliveries over the past several months. Again, the communication and delivery schedule as accurate and accommodating. We also purchased enough furniture that we accumulated Arhaus Rewards... Tristain stayed on top of our rewards and reminded us that we needed to use them before they expired. We highly recommend Tristain at Arhaus. We believe you'll be in great hands!

Update: Andrea helped rectify the situation after learning about my subpar customer service experience. She was polite, professional, and accommodating. She solved my original concern and also showed sofas that we may consider in the near future. Overall, she helped redeem my experience but I’m not convinced it wouldn’t happen again. If I consider doing business here again, it would be with her.Original review: 1/5 stars.Poor and unfriendly customer service from some of the associates. Prices are not as marked. They could really use some training. RH across the street could help teach them a thing or two about customer service.

Pretty pieces in here, but I’ve been in multiple times and the employees have been rude every time. Yesterday when I was seeking help, there were 5 people behind the register and even after I approached and asked a question about a couch they still wouldn’t come over and speak to me further about the couch. Someone finally did and his answers to my questions were ‘I think so’ which isn’t very comforting or helpful when making a decision on an expensive couch. They seem to profile people to decide who is worth their time

Would leave 0 stars if possible. After asking the sales person for 30 minutes to leave us alone (nicely at first and then flat out stating, leave us alone!), we finally just left the store. Intentions were to purchase a couch but oh so glad, after reading these reviews, we didn't). Terrible, overbearing saleswoman who left not one minute for us to envision how a couch would look in our home. And she kept calling me the wrong name. Never again. Corporate, please train your sales people to read the room and respect boundaries customers request.

2 stars because I do like their furniture and decor/art pieces, but the customer service here is awful. There’s a reason this store has a 3 star rating. Ordered a botanical over a month ago was told I would receive in 2 weeks, 2 weeks later I contact them and they tell me another week. 10 days later I contact them again and they say oh I’m not sure why but it hasn’t even shipped yet. Then after explaining I was frustrated because we’ve been given the run around, Debbie told us we could take the floor display. Next day I call back to confirm I can pick up the display since they are a 45 min drive from me, Debbie again answers the phone and tells me no I cannot take the display and she never said I could. After asking to speak with a manager about it, she instantly had a terrible attitude, extremely condescending and speaking to me like I was a child and told me “I have 5,000 customers I don’t have time to look up your order to see exactly what you bought” manager wasn’t much better. Corporate needs to come in and replace management and some of their employees if they want customers to continue shopping with them. The biltmore location has extremely friendly and helpful staff so go there if you want to shop this store.

As a designer in the Valley, I find myself going to Arhaus more frequently for my clients. They offer a number of unique and beautifully finished coffee tables, occasional tables, nightstands, etc. A special shoutout to employees, David at the Biltmore location and Tarek at the Kierland location. Both were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I inadvertently left a fabric sample I was working with at the Kierland location. Tarek's dedication to helping me locate and ensure its return was exceptional.

Not sure where to begin. Purchased 5 counter stools and 4 out of 5 were defective. Trying to return them has been a nightmare. I'm now at 7 different calls to 3 different people and still am out 5k. They were picked up (finally) about 2 weeks ago and when I called yesterday to find out the status I was told by the store manager that she has no way to see where they are and to check back in a few weeks if I haven't gotten the refund. The concierge department was useless. They gave me the run around for a few weeks with different stories and requirements. As much as I like the furniture I will never be purchasing from this company again. You have lost (another) customer. Very disappointed.

I had the worst experience with the team at Arhaus Keriland! I would never work with them again after dealing with the lack communication and customer support I’ve experienced over the past months. To begin with, I was told when purchasing some of the furniture pieces that I could cancel if before they shipped out if I needed to, in order to take advantage of the extra 10% discount they were offering during my in store visit, My house wasn’t completed at the time we were shopping, we had lots of construction going on inside, so I purchased a few of the furniture pieces without measuring, which was my biggest downfall! But I was under the impression that I could return these pieces before they shipped out to me. After slowly getting into the house and realizing that a couple of the pieces weren’t the right size for the space, I called and spoke to Sarah, regarding getting a refund. She informed me that even though the furniture had not been delivered yet I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee, or I could get a replacement piece and use the full credit. She failed to inform me that I would only have 30 days to find something! SNEAKY. She told me during our phone conversation to reach out after the rest of my order was delivered and credit I could then use the balance. Good thing I reached out right after the delivery took place in figured out that I only had one week to re-select a piece of furniture to use my full credit. Jen assistant manager was very unhelpful. We refused one other part of the sectional sofa we purchased and we wanted to get full credit for everything so we could move forward placing a new order. She was super rude on the phone telling me that I should have read the email stating I only have 30 days to use my credit and she could not do anything until Sarah came back from vacation. Which was going to be 10days away. I have never shopped anywhere where I only had 30 days to use a $4000 furniture credit. At this point, I am thinking I will just pay the restocking fee on it all, so I never have to deal with them again. Sarah was not available to communicate any of this after my delivery this week. One of our nightstands came smashed. I was told I would be getting a call to have that replaced right away which I have still not received and it’s been five days. CRICKETS ON THEIR END!! AVOID THIS & THEM, SAVE YOUR HEADACHES!

Walked in and was greeted by a charming gentleman named Tarek. He was extremely helpful and offered insight and perspective to our design questions. He even brought a dining chair to the upper level so we could see what it looked like with a specific dining table. Impressive and refreshing customer service that did not go unnoticed. Thanks so much Tarek and keep it up!

The furniture at Arhaus is beautiful and of good quality, in my humble opinion, but they are not honest nor realistic in their delivery timelines. We purchased a bed and two nightstands in August, 2020 and were told delivery would be in 8 - 12 weeks. We received our order in February, 2021. I went to the store, called and texted in between and got strung along the entire time. Fast forward and we fell in love with one of their dining room tables in March. I was very clear about the frustration of my past experience with them, and yet, here we are again. For an order placed 3/29/23, I was told that we would receive our table around 5/24/23, then 6/15/23 and now we are looking at about 7/5/23. Why are they not honest and up front about their delivery timelines in the first place?! Very frustrating.
