This place has come a long way. Communication, speed, and availability have all drastically improved. Lyft credit to and from the dealership for service is also a plus.

I’m giving Alfa Romeo Scottsdale a 1 star just for the simple fact I have been OVERLY patient. And I’ve called, left messages, the whole 9. I got my vehicle in January of this year. And I have yet to receive my plate and registration. I’ve reached out to accounting, finance and even my sales rep. My temporary tags expired on the 17th of March. And no one has returned my calls from previous voicemails, nothing. And one thing I refuse to do is come out of pocket for a plate and registration that was already taken care of during the sales process. Communication is not Alfa Romeo’s strong suit AT ALL. And by the grace of God I haven’t gotten pulled over with almost 2 month old expired temp tags. Alfa Romeo please just send me my tags and plate. You don’t have to worry about me doing business with you guys anymore, Nor referring others either. You sale a vehicle and can’t even fix the small things caused by your company. Please do better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My wife called this morning at 9am for just a simple oil change...no one reached out to her all day. I myself tried to get a hold of manager. No response. I had a good friend to take a trip just around the corner to see..no cars being worked on..just a bunch of sitting going on. Thank you Jonny, tod, and Mr Brandon Hill. Have a nice seat.

For a luxury brand, the parts department lacks customer service. Don’t talk to customers like you do to the techs.

I was extremely impressed with the excellent service from Jon Kenney anytime I have an issue with my car. I was informed about the (service) status of my Stelvio while it was being serviced both times. Jon has, impeccable, communication!
The service facility always has helpful technicians and I’m never waiting to be serviced. My issues are always resolved in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. I highly recommend going to this location for your Alfa Romeo vehicle!

I switched service depts from the Tempe location to Scottsdale. Best decision I made for my car and myself. I was looking for better customer service and so far after my 2nd time there it's been fabulous. Jon K. service advisor has been excellent and has met all my requests as a customer. Cristie inside the main office has been a wonderful person to talk to, very sweet and took time from her job to keep me company while I wait for my car. Raechel V. has made me feel comfortable and has been very pleasant. Highly recommend!

I wanted to express my gratitude for Jon and Will in the Service Department. By far, the best dealership experience I've had to date. I had an issue unexpectedly come up with my power steering on my Alfa Romeo, and Jon and Will were able to get my car in for service immediately that afternoon. Both were extremely detailed, courteous, and hard working. The issue was resolved within an hour. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

The five stars are for the service department, based on my experiences with Jon and Will. They always make feel like I'm a priority. Having the ability to speak directly with a mechanic is unheard of in the world of car dealerships.I have refrained from purchasing cars from the sales department on two occasions. I found the manager to be a tad arrogant. I did better price-wise with out-of-state dealerships. The showroom is quite small with often just a vehicle or two on display.

My engine blew, not sure what they did but they definitely tweaked with it when I came in for an oil change, Todd the sales manager said “sue me I don’t care, I have a whole team for this”

My Buddy Brandon got 2 cars from this dealership. An Alfa Romeo & a Mercedes and told me Todd the sales manager did not support him correctly and both vehicles broke down in 3 months because of a simple oil change. I can’t support a business that neglects it’s customers after a sale.??

Worst experience and customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Todd the sales manager didn’t care to listen and just constantly lied. Then the mechanic decided to mess up my car for the 2nd time after I bring it in for a simple oil change.

I bought a car from Dean and he was very nice and professional. Dean and the staff at Alfa Romeo are no pressure. They know they have great cars so they really don’t have to sell you. The dealership is very clean and modern inside. Everyone I’ve met at this dealership has been pleasant and a pleasure to work with, I would recommend checking them out.

We purchased a new car from Dean Uddin & he was wonderful to work with. Dean is patient, kind and his integrity is unmatchable. Dean was able to give us a great deal on the car. The process was faster than any other dealership we have worked with. We recommend Dean highly.

One of the most unethical and dishonest dealerships I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I'm from California and while I was in the Scottsdale area I decided to inquire about a Guilia I had seen online. It was a 2022 Orca colored Giulia but I ended up leaving with a Giulia Quadrifoglio. The problem arose when the sales person told me the vehicle had Android Auto and Carplay, it also said it on the sales listing when I purchased the car and got the keys I left and plugged in my phone. Carplay did not work, I called Mark the salesman, he told me to bring it in and they would take a look. The service department told me the car did not have it and it would cost $200 for the install. The dealership would not honor their posting or their word when confronted about it. Not only did they mess that up but they failed to charge me taxes since I'm from out of state and did not let me know. Now that I'm back home I need to pay taxes in order to register my vehicle. The Manager Ozzy and Salesman Mark were dishonest and basically put me in a wierd situation with the taxes and registration. I recommend skipping this dealership and going elsewhere because they do not deserve your business. Also I have only driven the car for about a thousand miles and already have a service light for ACC. This is a scummy and unethical dealership that should not be in Scottsdale.

I’m giving this dealership 5 stars just for Shane Basilone! He was super helpful from start to finish! This is my first car purchase so I was a bit on edge but he was just the kindest!! When I arrived, he greeted me and my sister and asked me some questions to see what will work for me and we took it from there!! I also met the senior financial advisor (forgot his name -boooooo) but he was the best!!!!! I will say, this dealership has a great team! I’m really happy with my first time car purchase experience and I love my car :).
