Being a first time home buyer the thought of applying for a home loan felt very daunting without any level of certainty that I would even be approved. Although Alex could not guarantee approval on a home loan or mortgage, he is extremely knowledgeable and provided me the important information and details I needed in order to proceed more confidently. His patience, care, and ability to explain things is unparalleled. Alex went above and beyond to help me understand how certain factors parameters, processes, etc worked. He was so very patient, and I am amazed by the level of detail, professionalism, and care he provided. If I can give a higher rating on my experience in working with him, I would do just that. I would, without hesitation, refer family and friends over to him as he made the experience so much easier and less intimidating. I also felt like he had my back which is huge in something like this. He stuck with me the entire process and was available any time I needed help. Anyone not utilizing Alex and his team would really be missing out!
