The parking lot was really full so it was a bit difficult to maneuver in to a parking spot at the front. Right away I was approached by an employee which was actually very helpful as I wasn't sure where to go. I had reached out via internet and connected with Glenn Ryan; he wasn't available at the time (I hadn't made an appointment) so instead I spoke with Rob Tano (?). Before I left, I ended up interacting with both men who were very friendly and helpful without being too pushy. It mostly felt like they were genuinely interested in helping me get what I wanted, but when I tried to say now isn't a good time, but later this year I'll try again, they kept at it. At that point I felt less like a human or customer and more like a number or sales bonus. But I'm a naturally timid person so perhaps I didn't make myself very clear and adamant that now wasn't a good time. When I'm ready to purchase a vehicle I'll go back here and would be happy to work with Glenn or Rob. It wasn't their fault that what I reallt wanted wasn't available.

I will give facts first and thoughts and feelings after because this place is deplorable.The first thing is when I came in to check out the 2013 Jeep Wrangler I was told it had not been off-road, I knew that was a lie to begin with as it had two jeep badges of honor, one for Schnebly and one for table Mesa.The second is after the first day I had it the shock, that was supposedly checked by the “mechanics” here, was not where it was supposed to be (images attached).The third is a weak point on the exhaust that needed to be welded as it broke that first day as well.After the fourth week of owning this I took it to Flagstaff to go camping, on the way up all power shut off and I had to pull to the side. Upon inspection at the campsite there was a piece not fully connected to the alternator. It was an easy clip on. Definitely going to check the relay and make sure the system is good, even though I was told everything was checked and given a seal of approval.I definitely feel lied to by my salesperson, who also knew nothing about any of the vehicles on the lot, which is huge fail on the person hiring, because if you’re selling Mopar you should know Mopar or get out of Dodge.I could sell Mopar better than my salesperson because I know the vehicles, and I’m not even a cars sales person.

Ask for Dexter and Richard! Got the oil change and rotation done, Dexter took good care of us and look forward to having him service our vehicle again! While Richard had great attention to detail and awesome customer service! Dexter and Richard for the Win!

Lack of communication from entire staff. Traded a car in 6 weeks ago, they still haven’t paid off my loan. No one will call me back or respond to an email. Funny how responsive they were while we were shopping for a car - but now, crickets.

They refuse to address issues with your car-mine a jeep. Mine jeep still under warranty and they kept trying to say we took our doors off and bent a clip that operates the safety lane feature. We didn't take our Jeep doors off but even if we did -jeep doors are suppose to come off with ease. I am so tired of this dealership. NEVER go there again.

We have been trying to get our vehicle repaired since April and are beyond frustrated. After having it in the service department for several days, they were unable to figure out the problem, then said it required a new part. The promised delivery date has been delayed several times already, with no follow-up calls, and the last person we spoke with doubted that it would arrive for the next date we were told. We are usually unable to even get through to anyone there by phone and when we do, they have no answers whatsoever. When we asked about going to another location to see if they could help, Airpark told us that would only put us "at the back of the line" for service. Absolutely inexcusable customer service.

I dropped my Dodge ram off for service, it had an unexpected issue and my service advisor Anthony helped me make sure I could get my truck back in a timely manner. Everything was fixed on time and the truck runs great! Excellent service

Oooh how I wish they had the 0 star option. These guys are crooks. Sales department is sketchy, lack any bit of integrity (see their survey process) and the service department might as well be armed robbers. After quoting me a rate 3x a local shop, I told them I was picking up the car. Then they charged me $160 for a "diagnostic test". Crooks!

Stuck in a 3-year bad service agreement. Don't buy any service agreements or cars for that matter from Airpark Dodge. This place is totally disorganized. I bought a $999 "Club Plus" service package from them to include oil changes and tire rotations. It has been a 2-year nightmare and I still have about a year to go... I showed up for the first scheduled oil change and they asked to be paid for the service as though I had not Club Plus package. I said, "I have a Club P

I can not express enough how far above and beyond Rodrigo in sales, Sean the manager and Garrett in finance went to make sure we had the easiest buying experience. Also, making sure we had the best deals with the best interest rate. They did not stop working hard for us in the time we worked with them. Thank you for getting us into our ideal Jeep.

Absolutely horrible service department! mike, John, Todd... all pathetic liars that like to j*** people around. They had my retired mothers car for over 5 weeks and still didn't complete the work properly! Picked it up last Friday, took it back first thing Saturday morning because the brakes didn't work!! Mike acknowledged their guy screwed up, said it was covered and it would be done Monday. It's Wednesday night, no car, just got confirmation from warranty department that they never called it till today...? Still sitting on a car not fixed properly after 6 weeks?!?! How do these clowns still have jobs? Complete trash! I don't recommend this dealership to ANYONE!
