So I bought a used 2020 Grand Cherokee June 15th 2024 and the minute I drove it off I knew something was not quite right with the AC at first I just thought it was the middle of summer and the AC just needs to kick in, but it would blow cool air and sometimes cold! I went on a road trip in my car and was miserable, it blew hot air the whole way and after this I knew something was wrong and I decided to take it in and see what's going on cause it just wasn't cooling as it should. Turns out the evaporative cooler was leaking, and the tech also found out that hydraulics was not good. He said the mounts are weak and leaking fluid. I know things come up but I'm kinda upset that the dealership would sell me a car with these problems at least hoping they wouldn't intentionally cause when you buy a car there shouldn't be problems right away. Maybe they didn't check off everything in that final checklist for sale. So if you are planning on buying a car from this Jeep dealership, just double-check and ask and make sure there are no problems when they make that sale.

Bought my jeep from here, wouldn’t recommend. The customer service was horrible.

My new car is my new nightmare, it has been in the shop more than I can count on one hand in the couple months of having it. From the moment I drove off, I began experiencing problems. My “new” car is anything but reliable. Check engine light came on within the first 3,000 miles. Airpark sells junk!
I assumed buying a car from Airpark would include quality and a commitment from the dealership to resolve any issues. However, my experience at the dealership has been beyond HORRIBLE at best.
The service department is a nightmare in itself. They sent me out the door with what another dealership said was the car's exhaust about to fall off. Airpark called the noise a characteristic of the car, but indeed they failed to attach it correctly after making a so-called repair a month prior. Another issue they fixed with double-sided sticky tape! WTF really double-sided tape in my dash? My dash that heats up. Makes sense to them? Horrible Horrible Horrible! Stay away from this place! You can call over and over talk to different people, but all fail to do anything about the $45,000 crap they sold me. Go elsewhere if you want to avoid problems!

The worse experience I have ever had went it for car and was told the deal was done they had two banks but not sure witch would go with I leave there 4 days in to the car there sales says he asked me about other option and I’m like you no you didn’t I provide he then tells the business practice no matter what is to let you leave with car even though they had no banks or approval and knowing it would not go through and they will clap there feet to together as if it the wizard of oz movie to see if got done but all good I end up getting my Vehicle from Earnhardt brand new one with more options and was working the back end.. no reason the the last two GM left this dealer and under no management this dealership will be under bankruptcy real soon.. it’s funny how things work thank you to Earnhardt for making it possible no would not recommend this place if life depend on it and even if they gave free car away they don’t what they are doing left from right..poor business model poor service

Purchased a car from them with delivery. As soon as they had my money they no longer were of any service. Car showed up with no warning, no title work & no answer or any way to reach them.

If Zero stars were an option, I would use that. I would NEVER buy a car or have it serviced at this location. After my less than three year old Jeep had a refrigerant leak, oil leak, and a faulty fuel pump that caused it to completely breakdown on the side of the highway, this location was practically useless. The only time they offered to help was in trying to get me into a new car or lease, otherwise I was told they weren’t able to help. Shortly after, my key fob stopped working and the service department tried charging me $10 for a battery, and suggested I leave my car with them, offering only a $15 lyft credit. Do yourself a favor, get your vehicle through Chapman Jeep, who replaced my batteries for free, offer complimentary Lyft rides and have some empathy. This dealership unfortunately lacks any customer service qualities and has been awful to work with throughout my entire lease.

I would recommend a car lot operating out of a dumpster before sending someone to the used car department here. Ethics I'd expect from Satan. Steer clear of a "Mr. Wally" managing the used car store.

Just picked up a wrangler from these guys after a grueling day of shopping around and numerous dealerships. I was torn between a few different types of vehicles and manufacturers, but felt very comfortable with the staff at the Dealership (Richard “Rick” was my salesperson) and found a great vehicle at a great price.
I rarely do this, but it’s been a few days and a lot of driving- without any buyers remorse- so I would recommend going to them next time you are looking for a good vehicle and a good deal.

We had an OUTSTANDING experience with our salesman, Justin. We came to an agreement on price over the phone, and then went into the dealership to sign papers. We had to get an extra key a week later, and he made sure we were all taken care of! He was available and answered all of our questions, even after hours. Excellent customer service!

My recent experience with Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Initially drawn in by their selection and promises of quality service, I left the dealership feeling completely let down and taken advantage of.
To start, I was interested in purchasing a Tesla Model 3, which I found at their dealership. However, the vehicle had an issue with the rear latch not being flush. While this seemed like a minor fix that could be easily remedied (as per a quick YouTube search), I was assured by the sales team that it would be taken care of and even included in the We Owe clause, along with a promised charger that should have been standard.
The ordeal continued into the financing process, where I felt pressured by the finance manager to purchase tire insurance for a staggering $1200. When I declined this unnecessary add-on, suddenly the interest rate on my financing became significantly less favorable, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth.
Upon returning the following day to pick up my vehicle, I was dismayed to find that the front left tire was severely underinflated at just 32 psi. Despite assurances that this would be rectified, the issue persisted upon my next visit. To make matters worse, I discovered that the rear taillight was not functioning properly and that the tire in question had been seriously damaged, which only added to my growing list of frustrations.
Scheduling an appointment to address these issues was only possible after a trip to the dealer where a service representative arrogantly pointed out that the tires might have been damaged after I got possession of it. I was called and they asked for me to drop the vehicle for a whole day to fix the issues, so I left my vehicle at the dealership for an entire day, only to return and find that the tire had not been replaced as promised. The dealership's excuse was that they had mistakenly changed the wrong tires, which only further demonstrated their lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction. I had to leave with out the car and come back another day. The loaner that I was provided was a jeep from their inventory which had huge sticker (2 A4 sized stickers that blocked my vision) on the windshield.
Subsequent visits revealed even more disappointments. The next day, my vehicle was returned to me in an embarrassingly dirty state, covered in finger marks and bird droppings on the bonnet. Adding insult to injury, they neglected to provide me with proper tags for the car, requiring me to make an additional trip back to the dealership for something that should have been done right the first time.
Throughout this entire ordeal, I was forced to visit Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep a total of six times just to address their mistakes and oversights. Despite my frustrations and inconveniences, I never received a sincere apology or acknowledgment of their shortcomings. Instead, I was met with indifference and excuses, making my car buying experience nothing short of a nightmare.
In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Their lack of professionalism, repeated mistakes, and disregard for customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of choosing to do business with them.

I was having issues with my diesel jeep gladiator so they convinced me to trade it in. They promised that my winch, AT atlas topper and national Luna battery in bed if truck could be transferred and installed in new truck that I purchased. The gentleman stated “we have tools and can do it”.
I also informed them that I am 4 hrs away from this dealership. So I show up for my appt. to have this all done and I’m in waiting room for 1-2 hrs and they say they can’t do it - they have to get someone from a sister store. I have wasted an entire day driving to and from dealership they keep my 68000 dollar truck and give me a 2014 jeep that shakes to drive 4 hrs back. And that I can come back and pick up truck today 8/8/24. I called yesterday to make sure as it’s 4 hrs away. Nope it won’t be ready they need to send truck to a camper place to have it done.
So long story short I just want my old jeep back. They made promises to make the sale but didn’t deliver on promises.
Just give me my old truck back as I haven’t been able to drive/use new truck. It has been 2 weeks.

Just got my Jeep Wrangler thanks to Joe Terry, and I can't recommend him enough!! He was super friendly and really knew his stuff. It felt like chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted to help me find the right car, not just make another sale. He was patient with all my questions and never once pushed me towards something I didn't want. If you're considering getting a new car, DEFINITELY go in and ask for Joe. He's awesome! He'll fight for you to make sure you get the best prices and find the perfect car for your needs. He seems to genuinely care about his clients and I can’t thank him enough… rare find in the car business
