Terrible store I bought a hammer at 10am and I came to return it two hours later because I didn’t like it. After hammering about 15 nails they didn’t wanna take it back. That’s why I will keep going from now on ONLY to Home Depot .

Purchased 150 feet of coated cable and found it was over double the price of other retailers. Tried to return and they would not accept it due to store policy. Front cashier was very friendly and tried to help but the employee at the paint desk was incredibly rude and the store manager just repeatedly told me there was nothing he could do. Tried to ask if there was a way to split the difference, issue a store credit, etc. and was just the same thing repeatedly.
My wife and I have spent over $1500 at this store in 2 months since moving to the area so pretty disappointed.

Ronna was truly the happiness of my day after a horrible situation. They were so friendly and personal. They had the item that I needed and were able to help me immediately. The price was cheaper than other places but the quality was amazing. Overall a truly wonderful store with amazing employees!

This store has not price matched 2 out if 2 times . I wouldn't waste your valuable time coming Gere in search of a price match . I even called ahead 1ti.e to make sure ahead of time and they still had special rules once I got here like I had to go to the other store and take a physical picture . Wasted my time . A 3 star is actually generous in my opinion. They have only wasted my time

We went to get our knives sharpened. Highly recommend the knife sharpening here! Every employee was super nice and friendly, and it was nice to see people enjoying their jobs. The check out lady even gave us a discount for a promotion they were running that we didn’t know about. That type of service guarantees our repeat business.

If you want help buying anything for your home. I highly recommend Paul's. It's been around for decades and although it's smaller then the HUGE BOX stores, they have a great selection of goods at good prices and they spend time to help you make a choice and educate you on how to install or set up whatever you need. Great place, and really nice people.
