I’d like to take the time to say thank you to Dave and Kenny and the young man that helped them on my vehicle generally speaking I would say that I hate going to repair shops. I do most of the work on my Trucks myself. They made short work of an issue that I thought was gonna be much greater. It was my first visit to your shop. I’m sure it won’t be my last, but the funny thing is y’all made me feel as though I was an old customer that had been there for years. Feeling welcome is important to me feeling appreciated is also important to me. I felt both at your shop. Thank you again. Doug H

Took 3 different classic cars here and every time, the cost kept escalating, they conveniently won't give estimates, and expect you to give a blank check, on the last car I went in for A.C. charge and a tune up to pass emissions, they said it required the motor to be pulled and the cam had to be replaced in order for it to pass emissions that this would restore vacuum problems, it didn't pass, so now they said well its the carburetor needs to be rebuilt, ( why not check this first) I declined, then the A.C. froze up, which cost another $1400 and still doesn't work properly, now they said its the wrong radiator, they just keep bleeding you, after spending $9200 it still won't pass emissions and the AC doesn't work right, they are all nicey nice to your face, but they're in it to gouge you as deep as they can, watch out, you've been warned! I don't recommend anyone with a nice classic car to go here unless your rich and have $$$ to burn!!!

Dave and Ken are great guys!! Towed in a 1973 F100 this morning for repairs from Florence. Easy to work with and communicate with. Very straightforward and honest guys I would recommend them.

Acclaim Car & Truck is the only repair shop I will take my vintage cars to for service and repairs. It simply comes down to one fact. The team stands by their word. Novel concept, right? When I first met Michelle, Ken, Dave, and the team, they shook my hand and promised to treat my vehicles as if they were their own. They in fact did just that. As any collector will say, we just want repair teams to treat our vehicles as we would. Acclaim does just that. My advice…. DON’T TRUST ANYONE ELSE TO WORK ON YOUR VINTAGE CAR OR TRUCK.

Ken and his crew do awesome work. When I took my 1961 Thunderbird convertible to him, it was barely drivable and in need of a full restoration. When I got it back, it not only runs great but is a lot of fun to throw the top down and go cruising in. Thanks Ken and Michelle ?

Can’t say enough great things about literally everyone on the team at Acclaim. They are all so gracious, knowledgeable and service minded. I have had my classic car in there for numerous things including a very complicated AC install and have always been happy with the results. They even fixed little things they noticed for no charge that were safety concerns which really shows the type of good people they are. It’s so hard to find a shop like this that doesn’t make you feel like you’re getting ripped off and Acclaim certainly doesn’t leave you feeling that way. Top notch all they way!

Michelle, Ken, and all of the fellas are really knowledgeable, friendly, and down-to-earth folks. I love their sense of humor, and know they are all about handling the Bizness.
They know what they are talking about and are genuinely interested in restoring classics to be road worthy.
Hubby, grandpa and myself stopped in for an estimate on Grandpa's '29 Buick, and after a few days of them looking things over, they said it will require A LOT of mechanical help (thanks to the other shop that "worked" on it).
Glad that they appreciate people and vintage automobiles.
The car is a beauty inside and out, but the shade tree mechanical work done by a putz, just has us shaking our heads in disbelief.
No worries, karma catches up with those who have no scruples.

Company is very professional, excellent work ethic, knowledgeable on most Old Vehicles. They never will let a repair leave their facility until all the problems are taken care of. Made my 1977 AMC Pacer Wagon that runs perfectly as they rebuilt most of mechanical problems.Great company u won’t be disappointed .Services: Electrical repair
