I do not like to leave bad reviews but this bank needs to close and go back to the drawing board.I initially went here for a secured credit card and boy was that a mistake.They charge annual fees and many other banks do not.I called to make a payment and everything seemed to go well until 3 weeks later received a call stating they had a problem. This resulted in a massive point drop in my credit. 86 points to be exact. And at the time I was learning about credit. Had no idea that a business could cause that damage due to a " mistake " on their behalf.I will say thank you because of this I am a master at building credit...now. This bank stunted my credit growth by a whole year.

Amber from Acamedy Bank was so nice and respectful. Her costumer service was awesome. Definitely made my bank experience a breeze and so much more pleasant.

This bank has wonderful employees Alexa was very helpful behind the counter led me to the manager Nick who was very helpful on getting a loan for my new home I highly suggest these people they know exactly what you need and they don't give you the runaround

When I was welcomed with a Big Smile and a Welcome In from Amber My Retail Banking Specialist. She was extremely professional and articulate! It was nice to see a well dressed young woman who is serious about her new career. Great surroundings in Scottsdale! I highly Recommend this Bank for their customer service !

Terrible customer service, won't admit to their own errors, DO NOT deal with this bank for anything other than a simple checking account....this bank commits fraud and then blames the customer!!!

Dont bankhere! I got quadruple charged on rent one time. Few locations available. Couldnt pull any money out of my savings for some reason and they really didnt have an answer why lol -_- annnnd when I went to close my account they actually made it a process trying to convince me to stay. Never again!

Tried to open a simple checking account and was told that I wouldn't be able to. No one gave me a reason as to why I couldn't. After an hour and a half on the phone with the corporate number, they gave me the same run around as to why I couldn't open an account when I've had one with them before. Do not use this bank! The bank branch and their corporate office had two different answers for me and had me jumping back and forth between them. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Horrible. Went months ago for the first time at this new branch and was given the worst customer service so i left. Decided to go back one more time after a long day at work i didnt feel like driving far to the other branch so i gave it another chance went in and again was given the worst service again. i told them "ill just go to the other branch" and walked out she told me as i was leaving . "yes they can take care of you there". Like seriously snotty rude scottsdale people are the worst i hate this location.
