This A.C Hotel is a great place to stay rather it's for business or personal the hotel has a cool modern laid back atmosphere you'll feel relaxed and it's very clean you can tell the cleaning crew takes pride in keeping it clean. The staff are all quite lovely here you will not be disappointed. Also they have a secret weapon preparing food for us all too enjoy which you can tell by the way Maria prepares the food that she cares what's being served to you and wants it to be delicious,The salsa is made from scratch her own recipe which she should bottle and sale just saying.Seriously guys you have to try the chips and salsa, and I heard her quacomole is also delicious trust me she has perfected the heat and flavor to give us excellence when it comes to the fresh ingredients and herbs she uses, once my chips were done I wanted to eat the rest with a spoon lol it's just that good. They have a nice selection of wine and food and Maria's care will make you happy with any of the food choices. Be sure to ask for Rebecca who's the bartender and is as pleasant as she can be, she even introduced those of us that were at the bar at 5:15 for the A.C. tasting ritual which takes place everyday at the same time so don't miss out on the mini tasting. Rebecca chose a Hungarian oak barrel derived A.C HOTEL EXCLUSIVE TEQUILA. Her smile and attentiveness to every guest even when extremely busy is amazing and she definitely knows what she's doing kudos Rebecca and Maria the Marriott brand would be proud. Thank you all at the MARRIOTT N. Scottsdale A.C. for your kindness.

PLATINUM MEMBERS MEANS NOTHING HERE!!!This place is new and pretty nice however definitely lost stars and definitely not coming back due to convenience issues in the room.1- The sliding door to the bathroom provides zero privacy strongly recommend not to share a room with anyone especially kids parents and or just friends. Literally can hear everything no fan so the smell goes right in the room, and the gaps in the sliding door allow see in sucks to poop in here.(Pics attached)2- The toilet seat absolutely horrible!!! It’s smaller than the bowl so you are getting cold porcelain on your thighs. I peed sitting down the whole time so the splatter from standing up didn’t get on the rim because the seat is to small. I mean just horrible bathroom. Very shallow sink so when you shave wash up anything water goes everywhere, with the lack of any drawers in there everything goes on the counter and gets wet. Not to mention it just looks sloppy. I brought the in-laws up to use the restroom and had to wait in the hall for their privacy and my comfort after apologizing for the mess on the counter of our toiletries. The toilet paper holder was broken too .(Pics attached)3- Basic storage there are 2 little drawers total in this room so you cram what you can in and unpack everything on to a bench that runs the length of the room again looks super cluttered, or live out of the suitcase with holiday clothes. The floating nightstand to small for anything more than an iPad and to close to the bed causing bruises from accidental bumping during the night. Lastly the sheets were to small causing open mattress under our pillows trying to adjust all night.4- The noise the ac is so loud, the walking in the hallway upstairs and in neighboring rooms loud loud loud. I’ll try for somewhere else next year when we come for our yearly trip.Plusses of the room- The shower is great.Rooms: My least comfortable room in general I’ve been in in a long timeSafety: There were people banging on random doors and running on several floors from 8pm to 10pm including ours triggering all the dogs to bark the night before thanksgiving.Food & drinks: Don’t count on eating anything here selection is very weak at best. Of course expensive but totally not worth it.

Hotel used to be very clean and modern, however it’s going down hill fast.Bathroom sink in my room back-flowed and left black sludge in the sink. Second room the iron wasn’t working to prepare my uniform. Can tell the house keeping is doing fast turnovers and not detailing the rooms

The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and night life. Staff was very friendly but I can't give a full five star rating since we are Elite members and an upgrade was not available and breakfast was not included. The staff explained they don't offer those perks. Very frustrating when you are a faithful Marriott customer but then the perks are not available upon check-in.

Well located and nice rooms. There is no room service, restaurant is very limited in times and food available (also the restaurant closed one day during my stay). The public business area didn’t have enough outlets, the business meeting room outlets didn’t work. The music in the lobby/restaurant was so loud it was impossible to work.I ended up working in my room, and ordering UberEats as the restaurant was closed at 9 (even when they said in their itinerary it closes at 10)For a $300 a night you would expect a suitable work environment.Life would have been easier in a hostel.Food & drinks: No tool service. Very limited eating options. Restaurant is opened just a few hours a day or not opened at all. There are not non-alcoholic drinks in the take out menu.

Decent enough place to stay. Was here for a conference at the Westin across the street. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were friendly. However, they have it set up (somehow?) that the TV automatically turns on the day you check in and again the day you check out with their fancy TV info screen. The TV turned on around 4:30am and lit up the room - no sound, but the light was enough to wake me up. They should reconsider this practice.

This hotel has a great location so we like staying here. But there's almost always something wrong with our stay. After our latest visit, we've decided to stop staying here. The first thing that bothered us was when we asked about a free continental breakfast for Platinum members. The front desk person said that their franchise no longer offers that. I didn't know that was an option. The website for this property indicates that the breakfast buffet was $14 but instead the sign at the entrance showed that it cost $18.99.When we tried to use our room key to open the parking lot gate, it didn't work. So we had to back up to the entrance and get another key. That didn't work either so we had to back up again. The front desk person finally had to manually open another gate so we could enter and leave the property. Also as others have mentioned, the thermostat doesn't go below 68°. In the middle of Phoenix's summer, that means the room isn't as cool as we'd like.Added to our frustrations from previous visits, we've had enough.

This is a fairly new hotel, right across the Westin property and in the heart of Scottsdale's food district. Rooms are very clean, modern, typical of AC Hotels. Showers very modern, with a rainfall feature which is awesome! The gym is small but has enough equipment for a decent workout albeit a sample of light free weights. Parking is easy, huge parking lot. Definitely recommend it.

Quaint small 6 story hotel with exceptionally clean rooms and very friendly front desk staff.Part of the Marriott chain with private parking and the days we were here were given complimentary parking .This location is walking distance to wonderful shopping areas and across from a resort with a golf course. Our room faced the mountains, so we had beautiful views every morning. There was plenty of strong water pressure in the rainfall shower, and we came in November, so the massive Scottsdale heatwave had finished, and every night, we were able to walk around from the hotel. With only 6 floors , getting from our 5th floor was easy and with little wait.Return: most likely Location: perfect for walking and close to highwaysParking: plentiful

Rooms are amazing. I'm picky about hotels and this is a top Marriott hotel. It's clean and modern with glass showers and large mounted tvs. It's clean to the point that I hung some clothes up when I usually keep all my clothes safe in my luggage.

Most of its guests are on business, it is a business hotel. excellent location close to many luxury restaurants, the breakfast is very complete, you have a bar where you can have a drink in the afternoon... something that we liked a lot was that at night they give you a bag with essences to put on your bed and they help you relax.Everything is so cleaning… smells so good. You have all the amenities.Front desk is very helpful and friendly.Nearby activities: across the street they have a wide variety of restaurants and shops.

Went in just to go to the restaurant. Service was very good. Chill music, not too loud. Bathrooms were clean. We ordered a couple of drinks and a dessert. The drinks are a bit pricey but they are worth it in my opinion. The dessert was new and it was amazing.

A pro experience Customer service is on par with what you'd expect. Not above and beyond but definitely up to basic expectation. Rooms are modern and clean as this is a fairly new property.Cons:No EV charging stations$20 to park in the open desert of Scottsdale, really?I recommend this place. Check out the photos in my review from the fifth floor.Need/want to know anything else text me.Happy travels!!

The location is ideal but the front desk clerk is horrible. I won't be coming back to this place just for that reason. Full of attitude and not friendly at all. Horrible.
