I went in for an exchange , I don’t have my receipt but I have the mobile number with them in which I purchased the pants , so the receipt is in their system if they’re willing to look it up , they said they couldn’t do it because it didn’t have the tags on it, I’ve done various exchanges without said tag, but they refused to help me and said it was their “ policy “, I went to another Abercrombie right after and they were able to do it just fine , no problem. The two employees were both being unreasonable and just splatting “ policy “ every other word, no help whatsoever.

Came to look for some jeans, which I struggle to find. Originally from canada I thought maybe this store would be a nice change up for “curvy jeans”. I was unaware of my size and there’s absolutely no customer service, are they supposed to help you with sizing? Not a single person working helped and the fitting rooms were not regulated at all. Not even greeted at the checkout with a smile, or a “how was your experience”. I hope for their other locations aren’t like this

Extremely rude and abrupt employees, mostly lacking professionalism. The way the fitting room is monitored is poorly executed at this location. Placard’s need my clearly indicate fitting room protocol as well. I am not allowed in a fitting room with my partner who needs physical assistance in fitting room? Horrible

It’s not surprising to me that one of the last A&E stores in Arizona is located in Scottsdale. This preferential, biased, and prejudicial company should be closed. This chain should be guilt-ridden and abashed.

Abercrombie needs to go back to the way they ran there stores back in the early 2000. There sales have been falling year after year. That's what happens when you try and copy h&m and rebrand.

I love this location!The fitting rooms here are the best, they have usb ports for if you need to charge your phone, you can change the color of the lights, play music, etc.Also the customer service is great :)

Love Abercrombie the clothes are amazing. In the evening the girl checking people out does not want to be there. Rude actually. Otherwise love it.
