The folks at AAA did a fine Lube job. They remembered my car from the last LOF, when they found a cat’s leg, left over from the cat they removed in June 2023. Oh, what a story!

My car stopped on me due to alternator failure. I called AAA to have the car towed. I was told that they could tow it to one of their AAA shops nearby. The driver/tech was great about getting my vehicle safely towed to their shop in Scottsdale. I let them know what occurred, so they offered to look at the vehicle for me. In order to do the vehicle inspection however, they charged me a $91.26 fee. After they diagnosed the car, the price that they quoted was almost $1,000. I called another shop not far from AAA and they quoted me half the price. I then had to use another towing company to tow my car to the other shop nearby because they would not budge on the high price. This cost me more money out of pocket but was still the cheapest and most effective way to handle the situation. I love the convenience of having AAA's roadside service, but I would never bring my car here for repairs or service. It didn't give me a good feeling having to pay for an inspection then have to tow my car somewhere else due to their price gouge. I won't be back unless I have the unfortunate luck of my car getting towed here again.

Tom at the front desk couldn't have been nicer! He was thorough in explaining my bill & future service my car will need. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time as I waited. I will refer them to others.

I made an appointment for Friday Sept 29th for an oil change at 3:30pm when we arrived we were told they could not see the appointment. Also got the feeling they would rather me call in to book an appointment then use the online feature. I guess if you have Triple A you should avoid their auto repair centers and their home security I have had bad experiences with these services that Triple A offers. Their road side assistance is awesome unfortunately every other aspect that I have tried to use has been a disaster. I would avoid at all costs I should have just went to a jiffy lube.

Not worth your time and $$$. Poor reflection on AAA brand. After being towed, battery replaced and other work i did not ask for but agreed to for $1600, the car came back after 5 days in the shop with a strange clinking noise when in reverse mode. In addition, low battery message popped back on. When I returned to shop, I was told to leave car there again and that they were very busy, meaning they would not get to it for few days which is what happened the first time. I requested a discount on original $1600 instead so I coult take it somewhere else since I could not part with the car not knowing when i would get it back. A supervisor said he would not refundd anything and that I needed to leave car with them again. When I refused, he showed me the door asking me to leave in an abusive, dismissive manner. I should mention I'm an 86 year old woman and have never been treated with more disrespect, rudeness and disregard for my well earned frustration with the the shop's poor and incomplete service. You decide for yourself if this is a shop you want to use for your car servicing needs and put up with gruff, rude and disrespectful employees. If I could give them zero stars I would.
