I've read all the reviews. I can say I disagree with most of the negative. I travel frequently and most every time I've needed to stop I witness grown adults getting mad and ranting at the customer service ladies . I've never once heard the ladies talk back rude or hateful but just keep doing their process. Overhearing the conversations this is more lack of responsibility and accountability on the driver side most of the time. Whether it's failure to read or search requirements or just don't care.I can honestly say they handle it better than I would because as a trainer I would nicely put the accountability back on the individual. If you got yelled at and screamed at every day I'm sure you would not like it.These ladies don't make the rules , they enforce them. If they don't their job is on the line. If you're not happy with the rules write to who makes them.It's easy to push you're lack of responsibility on others. I am surprised though that the troopers onsite allow this disrespect. They should stop verbal abuse on staff as soon as it starts and recommend the individuals to act with civility. Are they perfect, no... But is anyone? Be prepared, be patient and respectful. I don't want their stress or job.This is why customer service jobs are hard to fill. Peace out.

Stay away avoid at all cost the people are absolutely horrible and are not interested in helping anybody. Absolutely unprofessional and completely anti trucking and anti veteran. Will nit pick and find something to fine you or charge you for something. Even black mail you into paying a fee to avoid a ticket that was made up anyway that I was told minutes before it was not a big deal and the State trooper heard the person say it was not a big deal. Just horrible horrible avoid. Don’t even expect it be treated fairly especially if you are a rare heavy haul trucker.

Pulled in to get our permit, didn't know they were closed on Friday. Left there was gonna call WCS when they opened to get permit, got stopped by officer before we could get it. Told him what we were gonna do, got citation anyway.

So state of Arizona you can do better then this Force shop to truckers you guys are really want money that bad I thought the state is not broken yet but the way you guys are charging money to trucking industry it seems like the people in this office works they are really Rude to us we definitely don’t deserve this kind behavior all we want to do is deliver some goods from point a to point B and work at the same time so please if we respect you guys give us some to and open some good shop instead of Shop of harassment
