This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. They continuously make mistakes, the pharmacist lies to cover themselves until you threaten to report their license then they will listen and back track. Don't get your medicine here unless you want to die.

Doing side jobs , shopping for an order that wasn’t mine. Walgreens denied me access to purchase alcohol because of an “vertical Id” I just turned 21 last month. Didn’t even look at the age. A waste of time and loss of money. Will be reporting

I wish I could give them place - stars. Just go ahead and waste your time. I lived all over the United States and this is the absolute WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. I don’t know how they keep this store open. It’s a damn circus there, no one takes responsibility for their actions. Every single time we have something sent there, there is damn problem. Every. Single. Time. They blame the insurance. No mam, Tricare is all over the world. If you like for your kids to run out of their medicine, they are your people. They do not care about their jobs. It’s awful. It’s heartbreaking. Be better humans!!!!!!!!!
Just make the drive further down the road.

I wish I could give this location a 0! Everytime I go to pick up my prescription there is always the most absurd wait time in the drive thru. Now the cherry topper is they have misplaced my son's medication! Mind it I ordered it 2 days again and received the notification it was ready later that day. How do you misplace prescriptions!?!? You have a system to file them according to last name. How can you not find it under that OR his first name!?!? And then when I call to speak to you about it you want to give me attitude over the phone and tell me we are looking for it but have really long lines. I'm sorry that is NOT my problem! You need to look for my order and call me! Not take all day and call me when you decide to close! Now I have to wait until you find it!?! No fill my prescription and have YOUR staff look for the bottle they misplaced!

I'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the customer service department of Walgreens here at the Walgreens in santan valley Arizona at the corner of Bella vista and hunt highway. My husband is a diabetic and takes two meds for it, they NEVER have it in stock, and sometimes it's many many days until they finally do. This is unacceptable especially when they are meds that are life saving . Get it together Walgreens. As for this family we are out!! Looking for a better place .

Not the cleanest or well stocked Walgreens I've ever been in. Getting in and out of here heading onto Hunt highway is a bear too, so I think I will skip this one in the future.

People at the pharmacy were very accommodating of me and so helpful. They didn't have to rush out my script to help me, but they did. And they were so very kind to me about it. This week has been a disaster and even that little bit of kindness made such a huge difference in my life.I did purchase from the store as well and the cashier was warm and friendly.Been in here many times and everyone is always great to me. Not sure what the horrendous reviews are about. I love this walgreens
