They always seem to be slow. Tells me my meds will be ready later that day. And then when I come to pick them up, tell me they won't be until the next day. Customer service is cranky.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Have your prescription sent to ANY other location. 3 separate time I have been told a prescription was "backordered" only to have another location fill it next day and tell me emphatically that there was No Backorder. They take 2x longer to fill even the most basic prescriptions. Also if they don't fill it in 7 days they put it back it queue as it's just been ordered and now you're at the bottom of the queue. You'll save more time going to a Walgreen out of the way, than to wait for them to FINALLY fill your order. 5 years of monthly prescriptions and I've had maybe 5 good experience.

While this location is extremely busy, especially in the drive thru, the staff always remains polite and willing to assist. Since we transferred to this location, we have not had any issues. We appreciate that

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO DROP OFF ANY FEDEX PACKAGES!!!This is a FedEx drop off center and the shift manager there today refused to take our packages.The weights and measurements are within the guidelines.This assistant manager was Very rude very stubborn very unprofessional , and she would not admit that she was wrong about the measurements flat out just literally refused to take our packages. Her reason for not accepting them was a flat out lie. She was saying a 39" package was longer than 48".This is the closest drop-off center to our house so this is a huge inconvenience.We have taken our packages there for drop off on several different occasions....She must be having a power trip today.BIG THUMBS DOWN. ????

Calls and pick up times never correct. Got the call on how to use meds 2 days later? Got the call for meds ready but they weren't. Also, don't forget about the "mealtime break" in which they will remind you every chance they get. Apparently they don't let these employees eat when they need to, they just get this one little break they warn the whole world about??

The drive thru of this Walgreens is close to the Ninth Circle of Hell. You will sit in this line for over thirty minutes waiting for medications that they told you would be ready by that time only to not be ready and have waited for nothing. The techs are great, but the pharmacists have been the complete opposite. Had a pharmacist decline to fill a prescription and when we asked for it back to fill somewhere else they told us they lost it. Really concerning and not impressed with this location.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes and when my turn came up they closed the window as if the met are closing it was 8:55.

Lady walked in asking if I was the one present int there store the other day stating that there was a kid as tall as me that was smoking weed in there bathrooms I was baffled as hell and a bit offended noting that this hasn't been my only confrontation with this lady i do not have her name but I have reason to believe she is a manager.

I switched from CVS Pharmacy to Walgreens because it was closer to home and I was tired of driving 20min one way to sit in a line for at least another 20min. Well, Walgreens isn't any better, other than being a 5min drive. I've been sitting in line for over 20min now with only one car leaving the lines from being helped. How is checking someone out through the window taking this long?! It's like they're letting people sit at the window while their scripts are being filled. There is no other way this could always be taking so long. I hate it here.Update: After waiting 42 min in line, I finally got to the window to see that only one person was working both lines. There are over 10 cars waiting in the lines behind me. Absolutely ridiculous.

If it wasn't for the slow system medical providers use to send prescription information to pharmacies I'd be giving them five stars. Based on staff effort alone, though, I will be giving them AT LEAST 4. Dave made it his mission to fill my prescription just minutes before closing, something my previous pharmacy would not do. The only reason I was there so late to pick it up was the lagging system I mentioned in the first part of this review. But the team there tonight was able to take care of everyone in line accordingly in a timely manner.

I never write reviews but had to give a shout out to the pharmacy team, especially Everyl. She went above and beyond to get me a MUCH lower price on my prescriptions tonight! Customer service in action! You rock!!

The store is clean and stock rather well. I haven’t gotten to know much of the staff but they seemed friendly as well as adequately staffed for customer ratio to staff.

This is the worst pharmacy in San Tan Valley. The pharmacist is rude and doesn't listen or care. When you leave a message don't expect a call back soon. Out of medication all the time. I have gone to them for 18 years and they used to be good. That was under different management. Yes I have moved on.
