“The staff and veterinarians at Ironwood Animal Hospital are all very knowledgeable and attentive. They were very kind, patient and caring of my dog and his issues. The prices may be a little higher, but it is worth the care they give.”
“I had an appointment to take my dog Rascal for a shot. Because I’m unable to drive lately, I have to depend on people to take me where I need to go. Yesterday it was my niece who took me but she was late. I called the Veterinarian’s office to tell them I was going to be late. They were kind enough to hold the appointment instead of making me make another appointment. I really appreciated that.”

“It's taken me a bit to be able to come on here and post a review because losing our fur baby was the hardest thing ever. We had never been to this vet before. Our Cashy took a turn for the worst in the middle of the night and our good friends recommended going here. They took my whole family in and treated us like old patients. The dr was kind and loving and explained everything that was happening. Though losing our Cash was traumatizing, the experience of a kind staff will never be forgotten. To add to it, a week later, we got a personalized sympathy card with hand written notes on it from the staff. I have tears running down my face just typing this review out. Even though they didn't know us personally, they knew how hard that loss was for us. Thank you Gilbert QC Emergency Vet and Specialty Center for everything.”

Courtnee, her vet tech, (pictured) goes above and beyond to makes sure that our little ladies feel loved, and does such an excellent, efficient job that they leave smiling and happy. highly recommend. :)”
“So happy with this facility- they took great care of our puppy and we really appreciated the good communication. They explained all the treatments in detail and followed up with phone calls. Staff is very friendly and made us feel comfortable in an emergency situation.”
“Always helpful with my pyrenese He has a fear of nail clippers. They gave us some anxiety meds wich helped alot. He's has a reoccurring rash and the vets here have always been super helpful with topical and oral meds.cant believe they actually had a cone big enough for him. Lol. When It was time to pay I was actually surprised It wasn't too bad.”
“I have four Bulldogs. Two of them I rescued. When we brought our first rescue in they made sure to take the upmost care of her. We just recently rescued another and they have showed the same kind of respect and care to him as well. Our other two dogs we recently moved them over here as well since they were at the queen creek veterinary clinic. We took our oldest male in yesterday and they tried for a bit to get him to feel comfortable but my oldest has a lot of anxiety going to the vet so they referred us over to three different places and checked the availability for us! Then today, checked in with me and asked us to update them on the bloodwork results we are waiting for. Even though they are not a full service vet I do appreciate the time and effort they've put into our babies thus far There are great people at the queen creek veterinary clinic, I appreciate everything they've done, they took care of my first two dogs (they were pugs) until the day we had to put them down but I just felt like a dollar sign over there compared to here.”

“I erred in making my appt at the wrong location. The front office girl worked hard to get me into their very busy schedule. I opted for a drop off appt hours away but the vet called a few minutes after we left and said our dog would be ready in 30 minutes. They went over and above to help us after my mistake.”

“We have been to Johnson ranch now several times since we have a new dog and they are always always very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The technicians are great because I cannot at 78 years old cut my dog's nails anymore. If you are looking for a place that they are honest and actually love animals that it's not just a money-making business but they love animals it's so obvious that they do then don't forget to look them up”
