What a great company. They helped us move in while we were finalizing the details and even found us a unit that was much more accessible. It also was many feet higher than we expected allowing us to go higher and free up more space. Overall I’m thrilled and would highly recommend using them.

Moved units from a smaller to bigger one and was told I would not be charged the admin fee. I was charged the admin fee, for a second time, anyway. This isn't the first time they haven't followed through. If you call their lines, they rarely answer and when you do reach them they say they were busy. When you go in to the facility, there's never anyone in the office and workers are just standing around. Today I went to pick up 1 small item from my unit at 4:20pm on 12/31 only to be yelled at by a woman as I tried to enter my pin code to gain access telling me to "leave" and "get out of here". Holiday hours were not posted on their website so unless they expect me to read their minds, I had no way of knowing. The office is closed all day, no reason the storage units with my personal items need to be locked down. This place is horrible. Go elsewhere.

I have been with StorAmerica for over a year now and continue to be happy and appreciate the excellent customer service. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Jacki, always do, and wanted to share my gratitude. She is always so cheerful, friendly, helpful, and always a positive experience dealing with her. She is terrific and I appreciate her customer service excellence. We have many options for storage here in San Tan Valley, and Jacki is a major reason I stay with your company, thank you very much.

It has been a great experience getting started here. From my initial phone call for information, to the ease of use getting setup online, to the move in date. Nathan was wonderful in getting us setup with the locker and the van (they offer you a one time use of their van if you're interested to help move your stuff). He explained everything thoroughly! The location is very well kept and clean.The only other feedback I have is it was a busy Saturday morning and all the dollies were being used (they only have 4). So keep that in mind, have an alternative in case you show up and don't have a dolly to use.Even with that, it was a great experience!

What an incredible facility. It is well equipped with mostly inside environmentally controlled facilities. There are several entry doors to access the gated facility. The entry doors are wide, lots of flat carts to help move items, for the upper floors there are several elevators and the place is just neat & clean. This area is fortunate to have this business nearby. Also, it was nice to have a wide selection of unit sizes to choose from.
