When you make an appointment online, they respond quickly.
Their estimate regarding the time needed to service your vehicle is accurate.
I trusted that they had my best interests at heart. They are honest and don't try to sell you anything you don't need.

Brought my truck in because it kept dying and everyone here was super helpful, patient, took the time to explain what was going on and super friendly. Had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics in the past but these guys truely understand how to get it fixed. Highly recommend.

I wanted to support a business in my neighborhood and so I took my daughter’s car to Ooroo. I was greeted with a warm welcome and I proceeded to tell them about the check engine light that was on and the car cutting off while driving. They said they would diagnose the problem and told me the amount to fix it.
The price for parts and technician cost were a bit steep but I said okay and allowed them to perform their expertise. Came back the next day, when car was ready paid the steep price, ask them was everything all good to go, they said yep, after replacing the part, the car shouldn’t have those cut off while driving issues.
I thanked them and left, two days later my daughter was stop at an intersection about to hop on the highway and the car shut off again.
She was absolutely scared as cars were honking and drivers yelling at her. I got her home safely. Took the car back to Ooroo and they ran more diagnostics and they said the car has 3 more issues that they can fix for a steep price!
After having another mechanic look the vehicle it was determined that they only identified and fixed part of the problem which leads me to believe they do this to get double work! Their staff doesn’t seem to be as knowledgeable as they lead on.
Needless to say I will not be going back or recommend this auto shop to anyone I know.

We love Ooroo Auto in San Tan! Mark & Tim especially are awesome.
We have a small business & fleet and found them when one of our vehicles transmission went out. They made sure to do a full inspection and get a factory transmission to ensure we had no issues.
We had another vehicle that had transmission work at another shop and their work had failed 2x. Ooroo took the time to take apart the transmission and do it right.
Since then, we have had other work done and have had no issues. They are awesome to work with!
We fully trust them & appreciate the "family" feeling that they offer. They understand how important our fleet is and keeping our drivers safe and go above and beyond!

They were professional. Told me what was wrong upfront.I had an oil leak. I brought it in and it was all over the engine and serpentine belt. They changed the oil, added a dye, that glows under a black light, because they couldn't tell where the oil leak was coming from, because it was a mess under there, but they did clean as much off as they could with a solvent of some sort. So if after the work they did, if it still leaks, they will be able to tell where it's coming from. So far, it has not leaked. I was thinking it was a loose oil filter spraying out all over the serpentine belt and onto the engine. Even if it was just that, they were still completely professional and did what was best for the vehicle. Thank you Mark, Tim and the mechanic who worked on my car. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back if anything goes wrong with my car.

A/C went south, dealer told me three days, I gave Ooroo a call Mark got me in pretty quick and provided a ride home, three hours later fixed. First time I've used their service and it won't be the last. Very happy with their work.
