If you're still looking for someone who knows how to cut short hair, this is not the go to place. One disappointment after another with haircutters who can't seem to figure out how to balance both sides and taper the backside with a razor and or scissors. I had to make another appointment with someone else to fix her mistakes. 32 years of experience, seriously?? Quality of haircuts with these salons have really gone downhill. Wether you spend 50 to 80 dollars, they still manage to screw it up. Don't bother wasting a trip to this place if you value your hair.

I went to this place to get an ombré dark to light and after two attempts I went elsewhere because it wasn't getting fixed. I was very upset on how I was treated. The owner said my hair looked beautiful. Did the bare minimum to fix it. I ended up going to another salon. And it looked perfect after she fixed it.

I went to Serenity yesterday and had the best experience. Shelly was great and gave me exactly what I wanted. Maria also helped me to make sure I would be happy with my decision to go with an undercut pixie. I went from a curly bob that was so dry and frizzy. Love my new style. mynepixie and color.
