Worst experience of my life. Garage rack is too low so I can no longer park my car in the garage which was the one thing I told the installer I needed. After talking to three employees and escalating it to management, they claim I would have to pay for a reinstall and an install to fix their horrible install job that makes your garage parking useless. Would never recommend them if my life depended on it. There are so many companies out there that actually have customer service!!! Run!!!!

The racks are nice and installation was quick. This is the 2nd time we have used them. The first time we got all 18 hooks and accessories included, this time it did not include them but the installers do sell them as a two-piece for $25. So an added $225 if you want the hooks.

The installation was completed by a very professional individual and exactly within the timeframe that he stated. Great customer service and great product. We love the racks that were installed.

We have had SafeRacks in another garage and were very happy. We had SafeRacks installed in our current garage in Sept. Unfortunately when the installer came out the order stated we had the racks so the installer came out without them and had to reschedule. He was able to get them and returned the next day. We are very happy with the product.

I placed two 8' racks in my garage with a 4'drop. They are awesome. The additional storage space is out of the way but very secure. The racks are sturdy and hold a lot of stuff. These racks are a great addition to the garage. The customer service is awesome as well. I had a minor issue and SafeRacks immediately addressed the situation with pure professionalism and excellent service. The attached picture is right after they were installed. The installation by SafeRacks took about 1 hour. I am pretty sure it would have taken me all day........

After being thwarted by trying to install our two 4x8 SafeRacks ourselves, we made the small investment to hire an installer — an excellent decision. We should’ve made that decision sooner, as they installed both racks within 45 minutes, compared to our cumulative 6+ hour struggle. We are so pleased with how much space in our garage has now been freed up by using vertical space. Cannot recommend SafeRacks more highly. They also shipped a part we needed for installation super quickly.

Fast, efficient, and professional. Install team got in and out in 45 minutes. We are Safe Rack fans. They are sturdy and have a very nice appearance. Our second house using Safe Racks. Can’t say enough good. Try them, you will not be dissatisfied. I would rate them a 10 if I could.

I was renting a storage unit and paying every month. By getting rid of a few things and having two 4x8 SafeRacks installed, I was able to empty the storage unit. I figured that the cost of the SafeRacks would be offset by the storage unit savings in less than a year. The installer was here at the appointment time and quickly installed my 2 units. As I pulled down my Christmas decorations a few days ago, I realized again how great these storage racks are. Highly Recommended!!!

The racks are an excellent addition to our garage. The additional storage is being used for holiday decorations, which has allowed us to park a vehicle in our garage. I had them installed by a certified installer. The did an excellent job and had all 4 of the 8x4 racks up and ready in less than 3 hours.

Our experience was wonderful in that they were quick and responsive and very professional. AND, we had initially ordered 2 racks but when he got here and we told him what we were planning on storing he mentioned starting with just 1 rack and he could come back for more if need be. And ONE was all we have needed. So, they didn't try to oversell.... they did us a huge favor and saved us even more money!

Great storage racks and great installation guy. The racks are strong and secure and even look good. Some very useful accessories were provided. The installation was fast and I with his recommended placement-- it was better than mine. LOL

Love the Saferacks products. We have them installed in every home we move to (3 so far). We moved to Bulverde, TX this summer and got 1 rack after consulting with the installer. He didn’t try to up sell us and gave us a very fair price for parts and installation. I’m very pleased! Thank you!
