They don't care about anything but money , I went on October to get my meds filled and get a check up , in December they wanted me to go back for another visit to refill my prescription. My insurance won't cover that many visits -this is crazy

I woke up in agony on Sunday morning. I called Dr. Now since I knew they were open. No appointments available but they said I could walk in. I walked in and they got me right in to Dr. Bulah since my regular guy was off. She was professional, expedient, and assessed the cause of the problem immediately. So impressed with this place and the exceptional level of service that they provided. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from start to finish and on the road to recovery. If there was a 19 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating I'd give it to them. Thank you.

Very conscious of the COVID 19 and try to make it a safe doctors office. My favorite is Kiera Deem I have been with My Doctor Now for 4 years. I am very glad ☺ ? I found. They are known for sending you to another doctor who can help you further. A referral. I like that.

The doctors are wonderful, beyond that it seems like a grab bag. Just made a call and simply asked, “what’s the wait time like for a walk in” they absolutely refused to answer saying it isn’t something they do and told me to walk in and ask. What a joke, I’m a registered patient and you can’t even tell me what the wait time is? The darn restaurant next to you could… lackluster experience

This is my go to been going here for the last 20 years since it was built I received good care friendly pretty darn efficient offers a lot of prevention pay benefits. I generally ask for the same Doctor all the time I’m in and out within an hour on a scheduled appointment. by the way, John Shipp is my go to guy doctor, he knows my history. He knows my habits. And he. Is a rapid response doc. Love the staff. All are kind professional and help this old girl with check in as I can’t ever remember my password!! Thank you md now❤️?. However today I had another wonderful experience I was given antibiotics and with my busy life I forgot to take them two days in a row so I called for And appointment Video at 4:20 and at 4:40 I was done with my video appointment as it happened Prescription is ready for pick up less than 35 minutes after my appointment it is a Wonderful place but I can tell you that scheduling a video visit Is so much faster than scheduling!!! Hundred percent love MD NOW !
