Very good gym compared to other big name gyms in the area. Even at rush hour u can still find equipment to use even if it means changing your workout plan once in a while. The trainers are great also. Mike the trainer manger is great and personable and will work with you on a fitness plan. Also gave me a great deal. And Todd my personal trainer has been the best one I've had out of all my trainers in the past. Very knowledgeable with his workouts and very motivational during the workouts. If you wanna push yourself then he will make it happen. I have no complaints with this gym. No judgment or intimidation here with other members. -Miguel

My Husband and I went in looking for a new gym to work out at. We are new to Arizona so we are looking at our options in the area. The Gentleman that helped us and took us on a tour only talked negatively about the other competitors and what they do wrong. He never told us what LA Fitness has to offer which was very unprofessional. He lied and gave us wrong information about the other Gyms in the area making it seem as if they were overpriced/overcrowded. We had already been to the other gyms and had the correct info. So instead of correcting him we walked out and joined EOS down the street for much cheaper and cleaner.

That random pool will be closed
The men’s locker room is usually dirty. I accept it because that’s just what I expect out of LA Fitness anymore, but why not keep the pool open it at random
You create an app to tell us about the classes, but don’t post. The pool is closed on the app. Is it a hard process the employees and management not smart enough to do such a task?

I love LA. I love the kids club and how friendly and caring the workers. The managers are great and always helpful. Everybody is caring and kind, they help with any questions and the gym itself is great.

This gym one of the worst when it comes to maintenance. EVERYDAY there is something's not working. There schedule for cleaning the gym is incredibly inconvenient . I have been personal forced out of the sauna so someone could come in a clean it multiple times. 40$ a month to deal with way to much BS in this gym. The entire staff needs to go back to school and take some organizational management classes.

I just wanna come on here and say something positive about management here at LA Fitness in Queen Creek. I met Maddie and explained to her something that needed repair in the sauna, and she was so receptive and nice and just welcoming my suggestion. There aren’t too many people out there that display that type of kindness as far as customer service.

After signing up for silver sneakers with medicare my husband and I contacted LA Fitness. We were greeted by the MASTER trainer Mike A. and pleasantly surprised by the amount of workout equipment available for clients. We learned alot whilst being physically assessed by Mike A. He is a pleasure to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable. We look forward to working with him in the future. Thank you LA FITNESS and thank you Mike A.

I got a free week at the gym and our first day we where told our week long card was only wanna last 2 days because it ends every Thursday and it was Tuesday (didn't say that on the card) then was damaged near harassed about getting a member ship and being called every single day. Thye call me and my boyfriend every single day each. It's ridiculous yeah the gym is cool but damn that made us not even want to get a membership there the people where nice yeah but that was a horrible way to try to sell us on getting a membership telling us out week long trial was only gonna be 2 day. That seemed like a scam can't imagine what payment would be like

It’s has the stuff I need to get my workout done, but it’s still missing some important machines. The biggest reason for three stars is the hours. The hours suck! They need to open sooner on the weekend. It’s so frustrating. I want to go before my kids wake up, but it doesn’t open until 8am on a Saturday. Why?? What’s the point? Other than that, it’s never very busy. It’s spaced out nicely, and it doesn’t have all the meatheads like some of the other places. I feel really comfortable there most of the time.

I have been a member with LA Fitness for many years and just moved here from California and was a little concerned about some of the reviews that mentioned how dirty the place was. But upon my first visit I was very relieved to find out how clean everything was. Definitely going back again.

Staff is friendly, equipment in working condition. After 4pm gets a little cramped but that's not the end of the world
