My daughter was in the ER and needed her prescription from the visit. We went in to the Fry’s Pharmacy the following day to pick up the prescription. The staff wouldn’t give us the prescription because they were taking lunch in 5 minutes. Five minutes out from lunch IS NOT ON LUNCH…. However, Thats not really the issue the issue is disrespectful behavior. The tech and the Pharmacist were both very rude. Bad behavior from two grown women. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I would "choose" someplace else!! I've shopped the Fry's for decades. This by far was the worst store I've ever shopped. We were using the self check out and it kept freezing up and not working. Instead of training us how to use it, Carriedecided to treat us like morons. At one point we mention the glass screen was too dirty to scan. She told us "we chose to shop here. There's nothing more she can do." Needed to reset the register 7 times. 7 times we put up with Carrie. Each time as painful as the last. I was just standing there and she told me to "stop when I was doing right now" and then went and scolded my wife and told her to stop watching right now.Customer service 101 would dictate don't treat your customers like dirt. Sort of seems pointless to put her out with people trying to use their self checkout. Tried to talk to general manager Russell but the help at customer service is a defense to protect him from getting involved. Good thing Carrie reminded us that we chose to shop there. I guess it was clear Fry's doesn't need our businessI. What does our money mean to their business.

So today I had a horrible experience at this store. I was talking to a new crew member about my horrible experience working at this store. As I was doing so, another employee came up and told me to " get off of the property and not come back". I did call out the deli manager, and the store manager by name Deniese and Russle. The second I named the deli and the store manager, a 6'1" employee became extremely aggravated and told me "if you've got such a problem with this store then get the Eeff off of this property"...I simply complied. But I found this to be ,not only rude abd disrespectfull. But also VERY UNPROFESSINAL! This store has been on a downhill slide forall of the two and a half years I've been shopping here.and we have no other options out here, its a developing neighborhood. All of the employees I speak to are disgruntled. Something needs to change. And it will not let me post zero stars so I have to give it one

This store was very clean and set up so it was easy to navigate. Tim was very helpful when I asked for assistance to my car. Prices weren't bad, service was 10/10

Every pick up order my produce is visibly moldy-you can see it every single time without even opening the package. More time than not, pick up is behind and the order is ready at the LATEST time in the range. IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE BUSOER DURING CERTAIN TIMES, ADJUST. If y'all are that short staffed, pay wages that actually reflect revenue. Especially in an area with limited options. Truly, this place is shit.

Went at lunch, drive through closed, line of 6 people inside. I don't have time on my lunch to stand in line that long. How another tech for God's sake. Going back to Walgreens maybe.

This is going to be one of those reviews that might make you think I'm a flake and can't commit to good or bad. I'm giving it 3 Stars but a large part of my comments will be 5 Star.The positive is they have great customer service. They are usually well stocked. I'm not impressed with their pricing. They aren't the most expensive but they're not the cheapest. And that brings me to my biggest gripe. I can't stand their stupid savings plan. They're not very user friendly. I can't tell you how many times I purchased something just because of the lower price. Then I get home to find I paid full price. I didn't use one of their coupons correctly. They should make all of the coupons the same. It has screwed me over enough times that I have seriously considered shooting somewhere else. My normal store in S California doesn't use VIP cards,m or coupons. They just give the lowest price they can. If they can do it then I'm sure Fry's can figure it out. If I get home and find out I spent $8 to $10 more than I thought I should have I will go somewhere else and give them a chance. But I really would like to be a loyal Fry's customer.

Truly a very poorly run store with an even worse produce department. The carrots are rotten or rotten and limp, the cucumber is rotten and the celery is as poor an example as I have ever seen. The store and produce managers need to inspect the department closely! These are pictures of the produce I received in my pick up order today 1/13/2023 the picker should be ashamed for even supplying garbage like this.

This place is odd. The meat prices are good, dairy is high, frozen is competitive, and I can never find what I'm looking for in the produce section. And I'm talking boring stuff like cauliflower or zucchini. Their cheese selection is good, but do they sell so much Asian that they need a massive sushi station? I miss the olive bar. Parking is a nightmare and they only seem to have 2 cashiers working at any given time. Also the store doesn't flow at all. The new store a few miles west is much better laid out.

This pharmacy doesn’t deserve one star. First, you will wait for a long time in line. Always. Yesterday, I needed amoxicillin for my kids. Probably one of the most common prescriptions ever. I waited for 40 minutes in line for them to tell me they are out. The associate said, “we’ve been out of that for weeks.” She made it sound like I should know that information. But that was a lie because I had just filled that same prescription 3 days earlier for a different child. When I told her that, she just ignored it. Do not ever go here. It’s shocking how terrible it is.

I shop at the store normally every week never had a problem until today two employees were very rude and very disrespectful to the point that another customer even noticed I'll be taking my business to Safeway I'll pay more for better customer service
