Disappointed with Cobblestone Auto Spa's Inflexibility: Lost a Loyal Client. I've been a long-time patron of Cobblestone Auto Spa, regularly bringing my vehicles in for the high-quality service I've come to expect. However, my latest experience has left me deeply disappointed and, frankly, quite frustrated, leading me to reconsider my patronage. I arrived at Cobblestone with my pickup truck, which has a fuel pump on the fuel cell. This is a standard modification that doesn't obstruct any part of the vehicle that would be involved in the detailing process. To my surprise and dismay, the staff at Cobblestone outright refused to service my truck due to this modification. This decision seemed arbitrary and, to put it bluntly, super petty. The refusal seemed to be more about an inflexible policy than any actual, practical concern. It was disheartening to see a business I've supported for so long dismiss my needs so readily. The fuel pump does not interfere with the cleaning process, so this rigidity was not only unnecessary but also cost Cobblestone a big client. Customer service and satisfaction should be at the heart of any service industry, especially one as competitive as auto detailing and spa services. It's a shame that Cobblestone Auto Spa did not consider a more accommodating approach or even a custom solution for a loyal customer. This has been a considerable letdown from a place I once trusted with all my auto care needs. I hope that this feedback prompts Cobblestone Auto Spa to reassess their policies and approach to customer service. Flexibility and understanding are key to maintaining a strong client base. Unfortunately, due to this recent experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and can only hope that other customers with non-standard vehicles will receive a more thoughtful response in the future.

Ita been 3 days i come to this location 15 minutes or more before close time and is always closed. Paying a membership was a waste of money.

The Express Lanes are always fast and efficient. Car wash cleans your car. As an express customer, the vacuums and cleaning towels are always handy.

Well staffed and overall pleasant experience the car wash itself could use a little maintenance or cleaning in my opinion but still does it's job also some vacuums seem to be cut which can make it difficult but there are still functional ones that get the job done.

I have a monthly plan here. I probably wouldn't recommend. They say they're open until 8 but I just tried to go at 7:04 and they're closed, about half the time i come they're closed already. They haven't had dash wipes in a month either.

This car wash is expensive. $22 and no air freshener, no tire shine. On the spot free, soap and more doesn’t start into the windshield, so all the front and hood never gets soap. Pay attention consumer’s.

I went into wash my car they had previously let a off-road truck come through the car wash The reason I joined there, I was told they don't do that, they have to power wash before they come through the car wash My car is scratched up all over the whole car I have pictures of it that are unbelievable.

I'm on the lowest tier Unlimited plan. I like Cobblestone because the car goes though on a belt conveyor instead of being dragged through by rollers pushing on the front wheel. That said, I'm dissatisfied with the service. There appear to be maintenance issues at both locations in Queen creek/San Tan Valley with some equipment not working every visit. And at both locations the lower wash jets -- which clean the rocker panels and my wheels and appears to be included -- have NEVER worked. (They have worked at a Higley & Queen Creek location but that's not near me or my regular drives. )

I have always loved Cobblestone carwash for over 13 years. The last few times I have used this particular car wash my car has literally come out of the carwash dirtier than it went in. Not sure how that is happening, but it is. There is so much crap, mud all over and the windshields both back and front has stuff all over. I have to take their towels and wipes down the entire vehicle. They need to adjust something in the carwash, as something is broken.

Towels are always replaced, they are always stocked with bags and wipes. I'm an Uber driver and I had a few of their bags for disposal. Had a rider who partied a little too hard. Great trash bags! Always handy! I have the member ship and highly recommend. My car has trash bags on all the doors for passengers who have a little too much fun. Highly recommend
