These people take their jobs way too seriously.. I get the feeling their boss is a washed up boomer. And the little 30-something cashiers really like to go on power trips. Customer service = zero stars. You work at Circle K. Be respectful.

Worst store. Takes forever to get anything from here. At least 6 employees working in the morning and still causing a backed up line not helping check people out.

This Circle K has really gone down the toilet. They also charge 10 cents more per gallon that any other gas station around, and they said “Fry’s Rewards don’t work here”. It’s on the pump menu, sooo…The lines are always incredibly long and nobody manning the register. Don’t use the bathrooms. They are disgusting. There’s actual p*** on the floor. Included a picture or two for you review readers.

I'm a tea drinker they never have tea. You buy the monthly package for 599 and you go in to get your teeth and they never have it available if I fyou want cigarettes. They don't even look they say we're out they get 2 s**** about customer service.

I don't much care for this place because when I pump gas the money counter starts before the gas comes out of the nozzle. I also don't like that they charge you. 10 cents per gallon extra just because you used a card. Who uses cash anymore? I don't go there for anything anymore.

Much better location than the one down the street. They do good with the cleanliness here and the gas pumps always work.

They show they apply the gas discount with coupons on the buying process once the ticket is printed! Nop! No discount!

The line is always long. Why cause they make people use the self check out as the main way to purchase and not as a means to speed things along. While the line is backed up to the doors and you have a person behind the counter only opening the Main register for lottery and cash only. When asked why they said it’s the managers call. This is the opposite of customer service.

Circle K doesn’t know the meaning of taking care of your customers. Most people don’t go to Circle K after it gets dark because of the feeling that your going to get mugged. I just went to the Circle K in San Tan Valley and there where 5 people working but none of them where taking care of Customers we were told Circle K wants people to just use Self Checkout. After me and another guy brought it up the Manager threaten to kick us out there were at least 15 customers in line. When did it become wrong to ask a manager for help. The fact that Circle K now not only is uninviting but now they don’t help ring you out I guess. They need to take how to take care of Customers from QT they are polite and quick at the registers as well as welcoming. Circle K doesn’t care nor do the employees, also how the faculties look shows even more they don’t care!! They build so many so basically we have know choice to go, they also need the food and safety to come out and see all the mold under the cabinets and under the sofa machines. Sorry for so long but enough is enough

I was just in that store and another customer asked if a check stand could be opened because there were Literally 11 in line, and the woman working the counter told him he’d be refused service for even asking. The guy wasn’t rude. I realize they’re trying to get self checkouts to run the stores, and that’s the reason I will not visit that store again, or any Circle K for that matter. I will go to Quiktrip from now on. I’m just one guy, but I probably spend $4,000 a year in that store (or did) but the constantly bagged pumps, rude service, and now no help at all has turned me off. And, by the way I have six kids and I’m married and five of those kids are all driving age. None of us will be visiting this location anymore, or any Circle K. Have fun with your automated BS. I will go to Kwik trip where they have actual faces and are friendly.

I just witnessed a cashier threaten to not serve a man because he asked for a checkstand to be opened. She said he was being rude. He was maybe the 6th guy back in line. I was 14th. People have schedules, but Circle K doesn't care. They would rather you stand in line and wait for their automated checkstands which don't work well at all, 100% ineffective pieces of junk, to "serve" you. This particular location constantly has bagged pumps and rude service. I'm just one guy, but I was spending around $4000 a yeat in that store because of the convenience. I'm going to drive right past that store and go to QT from now on. They still use people there, they are friendly, and they have never had a bagged pump that I've seen. And, by the way there are five other drivers in my family. None of them will be going there either, and that is going to add up very seriously.

Zero stars are toomany, but the system is making me put one. My family was treated horribly by the manager Crystal. I firmly believe she should find a non customer service job, unfit to manage.
