Horrible, their drive up ATM NEVER works! I have lived in Queen Creek a year now and not one time have I been by there and it is working! Ridiculous!

Not sure why this branch has such bad reviews…went into the branch frantic because my account was restricted. Was greeted with a friendly smile from a fellow Jessica. She helped me call the back office and get my accounts unrestricted. She was so calming and understanding of my situation. Left the branch with my problem fixed! Would come back to this location just because of her!

Where do I start??? We are from Canada and deal with the US arm of our Canadian bank. I sold my wife's car to someone who is a Chase client. In order to facilitate the transfer of funds to our bank we decided to open a Chase account. We made an appointment with Nasser to do this. It was a bit of a process to get the account set up and Nasser, perhaps through no fault of his own, was not able to save all the information he inputted. We redid some of the work. My wife made the mistake of telling Nasser that we only did this for the purposes of a transfer. The change in his demeanor was amazing. While not exactly berating us, he said we could have avoided wasting his time and ours and by simply doing a wire transfer to our bank. Apparently, Nasser lacks training or is ignorant of what is required for a bank transfer. We met the car buyer in Wickenburg at the Chase Bank. He paid with cash and the teller there checked the bills and made a deposit into our account. Thankfully we had an account as she had no way to go from cash to wire transfer. As it was she could not complete the task so we came home with money in our account. The next day we went back to Chase at Johnson's Ranch. Nasser wasn't there but Jennifer greeted us. She is not a teller, she works directly with clients. We told her what we required and she set off to get help. She didn't know how to do this, despite us having given the printed instructions from our bank. Interestingly, our bank uses Chase as the intermediary bank. She came back and reported that it was complete and the money should be with our Canadian bank the next day. It wasn't. We could not reach the branch directly to determine the issue so we went back. Jessica was put on the phone with a representative from our bank who walked her through the two step process. She did not do this for us. She said something about how confusing this was and that the fraud department would step in if she sent another wire transfer. I was incredulous at her lack of common sense and how quickly it became our problem because of her inability, lack of training. We resolved the issue ourselves by getting a cashier's check (no charge, thank you Jessica), taking a picture of it and sending it to our bank. I wish we had thought of this sooner. My final comment is if it becomes a problem with this bank branch, it will almost certainly be your problem.

Both my checking and savings were hit with multiple 100.00 transactions in one day totaling 2400.00 on a card that I had not received yet and they are not going to return my money. Filed a complaint with the FDIC. Looking for a new bank. It was done in 20 transactions. Why would I do 20 transactions when I could go to the bank and it all at once and acorn it was a arc that I had not received yet!

Tellers are probably the rudest people you will ever meet. I spoke with Joy afterwards and she told us we were welcome to take our money elsewhere. We most definitely will be.

Went in to cash a CASHIERS CHECK THEY WROTE for over 20k. They told me even though THEY wrote it, they can't cash it and have a limit on what they can cash. Asked to cash for the 10k limit and write me another check for the remainder,and said I can't do that without an account. I don't have an account because of horrible service years ago, and said if I want to cash THEIR check, I'd have to wait over a week so they can "order the money in". Why write a check for a limit you can't cash! I stopped banking with Chase years ago for a reason. Now I remember why. Just bank at Wells Fargo. Better customer service all around.

I just moved here and came in needing proof that my account was closed. Jessica helped me and was so patient and kind and welcomed me to Arizona! She took the time to find my information and print it and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her. Very kind lady! Thank you Jessica! I always appreciate great customer service!

20k cash in my hand and the teller makes me wait for some woman with no debit card to attempt to find her I.d. In her car. I finished my transaction at the atm by the time the woman made it back to the teller. Teller is lazy and unprofessional to the businesses banking at chase.

Local banker services are pretty disappointing. When you call the local branch office, nobody answers the phone and then it drops your call. I had to contact the call center for a local branch office question. I Spent 20 minutes on the phone just to be transferred back to the local branch office. Chase no longer offers RV loans and their notary always seems to be unavailable. I am not a complainer but I am writing this in hopes that someone can recognize this as an opportunity for improvement- especially after being with Chase for 14 years - really going downhill fast.

After 11 years of going to this bank, and after the staff is just rude, and refuse to handle a deposit, with NO cash back. (even after they KNOW you) she even OVERRODE what the branch manager told us about a month ago. We will NEVER go back to this branch. A different branch manager said that you were being ridiculous about the entire transaction. Its really too bad, because we have developed a great relationship with the other tellers.
